This 1058 square foot condominium is ideal for a family or two couples, as it leaves plenty of privacy between the two bedrooms. Each room has it's own closet and private adjoining full bathroom. A shared kitchen, family room, and dining room also completed this floor plan.

This is a three year old constructed condominium, complete with two swimming pools, cabanas, and Jacuzzis. All the furniture in the condo is newly purchased. Each room contains a ceiling fan, one queen size bed complete with linens, a triple dresser and two night stands. The kitchen is ready-to-use. You will find all the utensils, pots and pans you will need. A glass topped table in the dining area allows for easy access to the kitchen. There are new leather sofas and a High Definition TV.

This condominium is located conveniently. A regional shopping center, 24 stadium-seating Cinema Theater AMC or Harkins, wide variety of new restaurants and golf courses are all located less than 10 minutes away. Additionally, easy access to the US 60 freeway allows quick accessibility to many other attractions within the Phoenix Metro Area. Cross streets in Mesa is Higlely and Baseline.

  • "Home away from home" is what my husband and I referred to it as. We had an extended stay there in beautiful Gilbert, AZ which is conveniently located to just about everything. We visited both the Grand Canyon and Sedona (separately) as day (long) trips. The accomodations were perfect with tasteful decor, a great hi-def tv and had everything that we could possibly need and more. Plenty of privacy for two couples or a family. The pool is within walking distance. The place couldn't have been any better and the owner couldn't have been any nicer. I would rent here just for the sake of dealing w/the owner! I would highly recommend to anyone and have already to my friends and family - book it now before they do! We hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we did.

  • Mark & I stayed for an entire month & found this accommodation extremely satisfying. It is close to all major thoroughways which made it a delight to get around (Hwy #60 & Baseline Rd.). You are within minutes of Grocery and Clothing Stores (Dana Park, Safeway, Superstition Springs Mall, Frys to name a few). The Mesa Outdoor Market is East of Baseline about a mile, a Fitness Facility is literally a 2 minute walk and an abundance of restaurants are within a stones throw. Having said this these amenities are not visible and the complex has that neighbourhood feel to it. There are two pools, a hot tub, and a fitness facility on sight that has everything the fitness buff would need. Ed, the owner is very gracious and a delight to deal with, I couldn't have asked for a more understanding and accommodating individual.

  • My wife, daughter, and I stayed in this condo in December 2008 and were extremely happy. The condo is in a newer gated complex that reflects the architecture of the surrounding area. The furnishings are very nice, inviting, comfortable, and of excellent quality (we loved the hi-Def TV). We found the location to be ideal, about one mile off of I-60 in the eastern half of Mesa, convenient to all the usual area attractions but away from the high traffic areas of central and western Mesa. Ed, the owner, is friendly and extremely easy to work with. This condo felt like home, and will be our first choice for all future visits.
