Wine Down is located in the heart of Union Pier only 200 steps from the beach access (yes, we counted the steps).
This adorable three bedroom and three bath home is cedar shingled and has a beautiful garden surrounded by bushes and brush to keep out any noise or view of walking traffic. The garden is lush and well kept. Sitting on the deck outside and looking into the garden and yard you'll feel a million miles away from the city and begin to relax.
You may also want to sit on the screen porch in the evening and share a glass of wine after the kids have gone to bed and just listen to the waves bounce against the shore or the fish jumping in the pond in the garden.
The home has a very open and spacious feel with its gallery sized hallway and open kitchen you'll be able to keep in touch with all the family you came to see. Every room has its own bath so that if you need quite time to finish that book or just close your eyes, you can.
The town of Union Pier is about 1/2 mile down the road where you can pick up your odds and ends or you may want to get bagels at the bakery, sandwiches at the sub shop or just stroll some of the galleries close by. Union Pier is the place to be and Wine Down is the place for you to stay. You can honestly feel the love and warmth in this home.
