Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Two night minimum, $399 for two-nights; 3-nights $539; 4+ nts $175/nt
Weekly rate $1200. Tax is included in all rates quoted.
Payment in full required to reserve and book. Full refund if cancelled more
than one week prior, less a 5% handling fee. Fully refundable cleaning/damage
deposit. Last minute bookings not a problem!

Year Purchased: 1992
The original home was purchased by us in 1992. It was an old wooden cabin. In the firestorm of 2003, the home was compeletely destroyed. The Julian-Cuyamaca House was built and completed on the site in 2006. It is now six years after the devastation of the 2003 firestorm and the trees and shrubs have come back with full and healthy strength. Some of the trees are already over 15 feet tall! As of September of 2009, we have had more than 150 bookings and we continue to improve the lodging for our guests. Satellite TV was added a year ago, and we now have Broadband Internet Service for those who just can't get away from the office!
