Come relax and enjoy yourself in our cozy home located in the community of Indian Mountain Lakes. Our home is located on a quiet street on a 1/2 acre corner lot. It has a huge level backyard to enjoy during the warmer months. Attached to the back of the home is a large deck with patio furniture and a gas grill.
Our home offers you the convenience of one floor living. It features a living room with a wood burning fireplace, a large eat-in kitchen, three bedrooms and one bathroom. The home has been updated with new paint, carpeting and furniture. The lake is just a 2 block walk, and here you can enjoy a dip in the lake or relax on the sandy beach. The community also features 2 swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts and 4 other lakes.
Big Boulder, Jack frost, Lake Harmony and Split Rock Resort, featuring a brand new indoor waterpark, minature golf, movie theater and a bowling alley, are all only ten minutes away. If you like to hike and explore the outdoors, Hickory State Park is also a short drive away. If you venture down Route 903, you will find whitewater rafting, paintball, and then the quaint town of Jim Thorpe. On the way you may want to stop at Penns Peak to grab a bite to eat, and enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains.
