I have stayed there for a year and enjoyed that place very much. It’s a perfect location (close to Downtown, Uptown, Airport, Southdale, Eden Prairie and Rigedale). Summer time I was enjoying balcony and outdoor pool, winter time I was enjoying real fireplace and indoor pool. The apartment is furnished and has everything (I mean it, everything) you would have in your own place. Al, you are a great person, easy to do business with and I it was a pleasure staying there. Definitely recommend this place to everyone who is coming to town.

Al: We enjoyed our stay at your Edina condo between 11/15/10 and 1/4/11. We particularly appreciated having the den, in addition to the bedroom, as we had a fair amount of personal business to transact while there. We also appreciated how clean the unit was when we arrived, and you were attentive to details such as fully supplying the unit with literally everything. As you recall, the weather was pretty foul at times and we appreciated having a heated garage to park our car, and then to have that wonderful fireplace to enjoy those many cold nights. That was a major "plus" for us! We also noted the friendliness of the other residents in the building and the courteous and helpful staff. We had our grandson with us part of the time and were thankful for the wonderful pool and game room. Last, but not least, we truly appreciated your attention to ensuring that we had all of our needs met and any questions answered. Thanks again for everything! Gordon and Karen

Great Spot for My temp living

Due to a relocation, I needed a place for temp living for 6 months. Was fortunate to find this property. The central location, property amenities (gym, spa, pool, inside parking, etc) were perfect for my needs. Plenty of space in the condo and a great "homey" feel. Working with Al was a pleasure and I would highly recommend this location

Really enjoyed this place. Perfect location - close to freeways, but very quiet. Heated, underground parking in Minnesota is huge deal when its cold!

We found everything we needed and more. In fact we are anxious to go back to take advantage of all there is to do right on the property and nearby. Al made himself available if we needed anything. Very homey atmosphere...books on the shelves, etc. we'll definitely go back.

Such a nice place to stay! Quiet. Well apportioned, well stocked-the ammenities are great. Pool table, game room, gym, indoor parking, fire place, balcony. Everything you need to feel at home while you're away. I wish I could have stayed longer here.

We returned to our "hometown" after many years and found Minneapolis and its surroundings intriguing and staying in this condo ideal. The condo was handsomely and carefully furnished, and it was convenient to virtually any location we wanted to visit within the Twin Cities. I stayed at Al's during the U.S. Women's Open Championship and it was a great place to be. Not only was it convenient to Interlachen but it's proximity to the major crosstown highway made it easy to go to St. Paul, downtown Minneapolis, Eden Prairie, etc. The unit is very well equipped and very quiet. I'll use it agian if I return to the Twin Cities.

I stayed twice during Spring 2008 at this very comfortable and cozy condo, quiet but close to major highways. The owner was very congenial - even helping me get excellent tickets to a Twins-Red Sox baseball game.

Really enjoyed our stay. It was a super convenient location to all the golf courses we played, the airport, and easy to get downtown. We enjoyed the WiFi access, HDTV with several channel options, hot tub/swim pool/sauna area, secure garage parking, and den. Condo is well stocked with cooking items, computer in the den, phone, etc. that made the time we spent indoors very enjoyable. Al is a pleasure to deal with and makes it a priority to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

This was a great place to stay! Had every amenity and very convenient to South Minneapolis area. Beautifully furnished and decorated, fully equipped kitchen, garage parking. Also very quiet. We used the exercise room once, but didn't bring swimsuits so didn't try the indoor pool. We were touched that he even left Christmas stockings for us hung on the fireplace and filled with treats!

What a wonderful place, quiet, homey, comfortable bed and big screen tv, what more could you ask for and yet there is more, pool, hot tub, weight room and very centrally located. We loved "Al's Place" and look forword to staying there again :)

Our stay during the month of September 2007 was very enjoyable. The condominium was a very quiet and relaxing environment. The grandchildren visited several times and loved playing pool, tennis and swimming in the pools. They are ages 11 and 8 years old. The web site did not do justice to the beauty of the complex. It was like living in a park setting. Also, stores (UPS, grocery, Starbucks) were pretty convenient. Freeway access was great making it possible to visit anywhere in Minneapolis or St. Paul a short trip. I highly recommend this rental for anyone planning an extended stay in the area. I give it high marks for comfort and style.

I LOVED STAYING AT YOUR CONDO. IT WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE AND REALLY HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED. I WISH I COULD HAVE STAYED LONGER TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE POOL AND JACUZZI MORE :) THE ONLY DISADVANTAGE WOULD BE THE TRAFFIC INTO ST. PAUL. This rental is just all around great! Very quiet peaceful location and a great price. The pool is huge! No complaints.

Great place for couples and families (especially with one child), perfect set-up (child can sleep on pull-out in the den), nice kitchen, Hi Definition TV, not too far from anything. Highly recommended.
