The Shangri la is the newest complex built with five star hotel facilities, including security , 24 hour concierge ,a fully equipped gym with ocean view, tennis courts, huge infinity pool, Jacuzzis swim up bar and poolside restaurant over looking the beach.
Your own private elevator opens to reveal a stunning 2200 square foot Condo, marble floors throughout, tastefully decorated, floor to ceiling windows with beautiful ocean views.
The kitchen is well equipped and includes stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and granite countertops, the adjacent dining room features a designer table and chairs that seat six.
The living room offers plenty of seating and includes a flat screen TV, DVD ,CD player and I.Pod docking station.
You can relax on the outside 500 square foot private marble floored balcony while sitting on the outside chaises looking over the large pool/gardens and the Pacific Ocean.
All bedrooms have US mattresses, linens and towels, decorated in a relaxing boutique hotel style. The master bedroom has a full king bed, TV/ DVD with en-suite Jacuzzi bath, huge walk-in closet. You can relax on the chaise lounge and look out over your private balcony at the beautiful Banderas bay.

We just returned from our second year in this casa bella. David and Andrea are such cordial and gracious hosts to allow us to stay in their beautiful condo again. As before, we had just a magnificent time. The condo is still perfect in every respect. Puerto Vallarta is a beautiful and friendly city. We will miss all the friends we have made there, but hope to return again next year. Thank you again David & Andrea for being so accomodating.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.

We had a blast in PV and couldn't have found a better place to stay. The condo was exactly as described and very well equipped. Loved the pool, swim up bar, service, and grounds. Much better than the Westin!!! Easy walk to marina where you can find lots of shops and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again. Thanks David!

We just returned from spending two weeks in this magnificent condo. Not only is the condo everything it says it is (which is beautiful), but the entire complex is beautiful and David (the owner) is probably the nicest guy I have ever worked with. Caring and understanding and just all around nice. We loved our time and hope that our gracious host will allow us to return next year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.

Casa Banderas truly exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent, just across the road from the Marina where you can find everything including restaurants, ice cream, shops and convenience stores. The view from the condo was spectacular, overlooking the beautiful grounds, pools and ocean. Having coffee on the spacious balcony every morning was the perfect start to each day. The condo was extremely comfortable and spacious, equipped with everything one might need. The agents for the owner were very attentive and always available. My family and I would not hesitate to stay here again if our travels bring us back to Puerto Vallarta...thanks for a lovely week David

The condo was fabulous! Plenty of space and the view was fantastic! Cleaning service was wonderful! The pool is gorgeous and was never crowded. The snack bar had great drinks and food! It was nice to have the snack bar available. Location was so convenient to golf, resturants and shopping. Getting downtown was a breeze! The tennis courts were available whenever we needed them. We would go back in a minute!

First time in PV and I would go back in a minute. Both for the charm of the city and the condo. What a great location and great setting. Third bedroom is small but my wife and I stayed in it and it was fine. Other than that the condo was great. Lots of room. Great deck. Would go back any time. Bruce and Cecily Affleck

In several years of coming to Mexico, this was the best place yet. Shangri-la with its close proximity to the Marina area with its many restaurants and shops is one of the premium areas. This fully marble tiled condo is nicely appointed with comfortable beds, flat screen TVs and plenty of space for two couples. The balcony has warm sun in the mornings and nice shade in the warmer afternoons. We really appreciated the many small touches provided such as margarita and wine glasses, abundant kitchen utensils as well as paper products. All of the the facilities at Shangri-la are first rate from the Spa with its Massage therapists to the poolside bar and lunch/snack service all at very reasonable prices. We loved our short 10 day stay and will be returning. Thanks David for allowing us to share your home away from home.

The condo was a luxurious as they say, myself and the family thouroughly enjoyed our stay and are going to rebook for next year. The location is perfect for walking to the marina and shops
