Four spacious bedrooms sleep seven to eight, quiet secluded location with fully enclosed well kept garden of flowers and fruit trees, private swimming pool and outside kitchen/patio. Private parking for two cars via electronic gate, well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. Minutes from the local golf course with tennis and horse riding available locally. Supermarket and shops five minutes drive, Cannes 20 minutes and Nice 30 minutes drive.

In the villa you will find a "Things to Do" folder with local maps, seasonal events, concerts, markets and restaurant suggestions. The South of France is popular for a reason--offering multi-activity possibilities: beaches, ancient towns, contemporary and traditional art, markets and adventure pursuits such as walking, cycling, and spelunking!! Or you can choose to simply relax at the villa, enjoy the swimming pool, cool drinks from the outside kitchen and sunny skies!!

To the south, only 15 kilometres away from Grasse, is the city of Cannes with its yachts, fine-sand beaches and luxury shopping. To the east, about a 30-minute drive away, is Nice, with its international airport, pebble beaches and the bustle of a busy city. Follow the winding coastal route to Monaco, just 40 minutes. Or visit the market towns of Tourrette Sur Loup, Valbonne, Gourdon all within 30 to 40 minutes drive. Fancy a day in Italy? An easy 60 minute drive takes you to San Remo. Turning inland from Grasse, at zero distance, you have the hills and forests and canyons and rivers of Beyond.
