We invite you to enjoy the best of Arizona living from our beautiful 2000 sq-ft home in the perfect location, close to big-city attractions without being in the middle of big-city traffic. Our home is conveniently located in the heart of Cave Creek, a unique little Western town on the edge of north Scottsdale. From here you can walk to quaint shops and restaurants like the Cave Creek Coffee Company (just one block across the street), where you can start your day with a cup of fresh-roasted coffee in the morning or enjoy the wine bar and excellent live entertainment like Jose Feliciano and Richie Havens at night.
Our home has an open floor plan and is beautifully decorated in Southwestern decor. There are two master bedrooms with HUGE walk-in closets, private bathrooms, and TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a large wrap-around granite counter that goes on forever and is great for entertaining. The living area has a BIG-screen TV with surround sound. There is a formal dining area, plus a separate breakfast nook for you to enjoy your morning coffee and paper. There is also an office with twin bed and internet hookup, utility room with full-size washer and dryer, and two-car garage. Everything is sparkling new - no garage-sale items here!
Enjoy the outdoors from your flagstone patio that is bordered by a natural area perfect for watching quail, rabbits and other wildlife from a birds-eye viewpoint. Light up the outdoor adobe fireplace and relax with a glass of wine, or throw some steaks on the built-in gas grill. Or if eating out is your preference, you are surrounded by some of the best restaurants in the country!
If golf is your thing, we are five minutes from the world-famous Boulders and Rancho Manana golf resorts, plus too many others to list; after all this is the golfing capital of the country! We are also conveniently located for shop-till-you-drop trips to Desert Ridge, Kierlands, and Scottsdale malls, plus hundreds of shopping centers and upscale boutiques and spas.
Nature lovers will appreciate the Tonto National Forest that Cave Creek borders, plus easy access to beautiful mountains, breathtaking scenery, nature excursions, and day trips to Sedona. We really do have it all here! The only problem you might have is ... you won't want to leave!
