Bronze Tree is located just across from the Christie Chairlift, and just steps from the shops and restaurants of Ski Time Square. From the private balconies and large picture windows, up to six stories high, guests delight in the panoramic views of the Steamboat Ski Area and Yampa Valley. Bronze Tree boasts one of the few indoor pools in Steamboat, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a sun deck overlooking the Steamboat ski area.
CONDO FEATURES
Bronze Tree's two-bedroom, two-bath condos offer fully-equipped kitchens with open floor plans and spacious living areas, including a gas fireplace in the living room. All condos are Silver or Gold-rated, so guests can expect inviting, well-appointed accommodations and quality furnishings.
Other amenities for you to enjoy include in-condo high-speed internet access or at the guest computers on site, laundry facilities, private ski lockers, and complimentary underground parking.
Each condo is 1040 sq. ft. with a maximum occupancy of 5-7 people.

COMPLETE VACATION PLANNING SERVICES AVAILABLE
We will gladly book your discounted lift tickets, ski rentals, taxi transfers and airfare when you make your reservation; our concierge can help make dining reservations, cater to your special requests, and get you tickets to any event you may want to attend while in town. Group and meeting planning services are available through our Group Sales department. In addition, we offer a travel insurance option at the time of booking your reservation to help cover any unforeseen circumstances affecting your travel to Steamboat - this can include a partial refund of your stay.
POLICIES & PROCEDURES
All reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total stay cost together with a 6.5% reservation fee, which is payable with a credit card at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival. Taxes are charged on the lodging and reservation fee at a rate of 11.4%.
The unit reserved under this confirmation is limited to adults and families. Sports team participants, and individuals 23 years of age or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians, are not allowed in these privately owned units. If the number of adults and children exceeds maximum allowed in this unit, if sports team participants, or if individuals age 23 or younger unaccompanied by their parent or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for immediate termination of this occupancy without refund. No pets allowed.
