Conveniently located in the heart of the Steamboat Mountain Village, Cascades is only 3 blocks from the restaurants, bars, and shops in Gondola Square. Within minutes of your door, you can be riding the Silver Bullet Gondola on your way to miles of world-class skiing and mountain biking terrain. Or, you can simply soak up the surrounding mountain beauty while you lounge around the hot tubs.
TOWNHOME FEATURES
For the discerning guest who prefers the spaciousness of a townhome, the Cascades at Eagleridge are the perfect accommodations. Ideal for apres ski entertaining, these individual townhomes feature an expansive living/dining room area appointed with handsome furnishings, vaulted ceilings, warm fireplaces and maple hardwood flooring. Each residence is complete with a redwood deck and private two-car garage. The multiple levels afford the utmost privacy for vacationing families or small groups.
Other amenities include complimentary in-townhome high-speed wireless Internet, an in-townhome washer and dryer, private 2 car garage, private balconies, and on-call skier courtesy shuttle.
Each townhome is 2550 sq. ft. with a maximum occupancy of 9 people.

COMPLETE VACATION PLANNING SERVICES AVAILABLE
We will gladly book your discounted lift tickets, ski rentals, taxi transfers and airfare when you make your reservation; our concierge can help make dining reservations, cater to your special requests, and get you tickets to any event you may want to attend while in town. Group and meeting planning services are available through our Group Sales department. In addition, we offer a travel insurance option at the time of booking your reservation to help cover any unforeseen circumstances affecting your travel to Steamboat - this can include a partial refund of your stay.
POLICIES & PROCEDURES
All reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total stay cost together with a 6.5% reservation fee, which is payable with a credit card at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival. Taxes are charged on the lodging and reservation fee at a rate of 11.4%.
The unit reserved under this confirmation is limited to adults and families. Sports team participants, and individuals 23 years of age or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians, are not allowed in these privately owned units. If the number of adults and children exceeds maximum allowed in this unit, if sports team participants, or if individuals age 23 or younger unaccompanied by their parent or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for immediate termination of this occupancy without refund. No pets allowed.
