Or, you can simply soak up the surrounding mountain beauty while you lounge in the hot tub.
PENTHOUSE FEATURES
The Clock Tower Penthouses offer breathtaking views of the mountains and valley from the expansive private balconies. Each exclusive three-bedroom, three-bathroom penthouse is complete with luxurious bathrooms, which contain a whirlpool bathtub and steam shower. They are spacious and professionally decorated, including a living/dining area with a gas fireplace and elevated ceilings. This upscale penthouse is complete with a top-quality, fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, cable TV, DVD, VCR, stereo, and washer/dryer.
Other amenities include an in-condo washer and dryer, private ski lockers, and complimentary reserved parking.
Each penthouse is 1900 sq. ft. with a maximum occupancy of 7 people.

COMPLETE VACATION PLANNING SERVICES AVAILABLE
We will gladly book your discounted lift tickets, ski rentals, taxi transfers and airfare when you make your reservation; our concierge can help make dining reservations, cater to your special requests, and get you tickets to any event you may want to attend while in town. Group and meeting planning services are available through our Group Sales department. In addition, we offer a travel insurance option at the time of booking your reservation to help cover any unforeseen circumstances affecting your travel to Steamboat - this can include a partial refund of your stay.
POLICIES & PROCEDURES
All reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total stay cost together with a 6.5% reservation fee, which is payable with a credit card at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival. Taxes are charged on the lodging and reservation fee at a rate of 11.4%.
The unit reserved under this confirmation is limited to adults and families. Sports team participants, and individuals 23 years of age or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians, are not allowed in these privately owned units. If the number of adults and children exceeds maximum allowed in this unit, if sports team participants, or if individuals age 23 or younger unaccompanied by their parent or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for immediate termination of this occupancy without refund. No pets allowed.
