Meadows at Eagleridge Condos provide guests with excellent value and a great location (only 3 blocks to the Gondola - on-call skier courtesy shuttle included)! Each condo features comfortable, inviting accommodations with great amenities.
Conveniently located in the heart of the Steamboat Mountain Village, Meadows is just a short stroll to restaurants, bars, and shops in Gondola Square, and is close to the Burgess Creek walking path. Within minutes of your door, you can be riding the Gondola on your way to miles of world-class skiing and mountain biking terrain. Or, you can simply soak up the surrounding mountain beauty while you lounge around the outdoor pool and hot tub.
CONDO FEATURES
These two-bedroom, two-bathroom condos feature tasteful decor, grand living rooms with a gas fireplace, in-condo washer/dryer and private terraces with mountain or valley views. Select deluxe units feature extras such as a whirlpool bathtub, steam shower or even a fireplace in the master bedroom.
Other amenities include fully equipped kitchens (with dishwasher), private heated underground parking, cable TV, DVD, stereo, and high-speed wifi internet access in each condo. The property also has a fitness center, private ski lockers and housekeeping services.
Each condo is 1050-1650 sq. ft. with a maximum occupancy of 5 people.

No problem, we have a variety of resort properties to choose from with different options available. We are available 24/7 to make sure you have an enjoyable stay with us.
COMPLETE VACATION PLANNING SERVICES AVAILABLE
We will gladly book your discounted lift tickets, ski rentals, taxi transfers and airfare when you make your reservation; our concierge can help make dining reservations, cater to your special requests, and get you tickets to any event you may want to attend while in town. Group and meeting planning services are available through our Group Sales department. In addition, we offer a travel insurance option at the time of booking your reservation to help cover any unforeseen circumstances affecting your travel to Steamboat - this can include a partial refund of your stay.
POLICIES & PROCEDURES
All reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total stay cost together with a 6.5% reservation fee, which is payable with a credit card at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival. Taxes are charged on the lodging and reservation fee at a rate of 11.65%.
The unit reserved under this confirmation is limited to adults and families. Sports team participants, and individuals 23 years of age or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians, are not allowed in these privately owned units. If the number of adults and children exceeds maximum allowed in this unit, if sports team participants, or if individuals age 23 or younger unaccompanied by their parent or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for immediate termination of this occupancy without refund. No pets allowed.
