Our beautifully renovated, non-smoking unit is in Beau Mer Building D overlooking Naples Bay. It is just steps from Fifth Avenue South and its fine shops, dining and entertainment.
The Beau Mer complex is in a premier downtown Naples location between the luxurious new Naples Bay Resort and historic Tin City.
Within a few city blocks are the Sugden Community Theater (performing arts), Von Liebig Art Center, Cambier Park (tennis, lawn concerts), the Third Street District (more shopping, dining, horse drawn carriages), Naples Pier, the City Docks (charter fishing), and of course, the famous Naples beach.
There is a large, newly refurbished pool area with gas and charcoal grills.

This condo is perfect for two. It’s in a great location within walking distance of Old Naples and 5th Avenue shops and restaurants. It is attractively furnished, updated and well-maintained; and is also thoughtfully equipped for renters. The owners live nearby and are very responsive. It has easy access to local streets and highways, but we didn't feel as though we were near them. We enjoyed the comfortable, sunny lanai, with its view of the yacht club, marina and water; and we could sit on it in any weather thanks to the glass wall with screened, awning windows. We much preferred having it enclosed for full-time use. The bedroom and bath were nice and large and had plenty of storage as well as two sinks. The property's pool and common areas are well-managed and maintained.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.

Condo is an absolute delight! It is well equipted and very clean. It is located near the elevator and the second floor. Condo area is quiet and neighbors friendly. We were two women traveling alone and felt absolutely safe in and around the condo. It is in easy walking distance of the 5th Ave shopping and many fine resturants. Pool area is well maintained. The view from the lanai of the bay was beautiful both in the morning and evening. Owners were most attentive and did everything to make our stay pleasant.
