Luxury living for less. Designed to sleep six comfortably this condo has a Queen Size bed in the Master Suite and two bunk beds tucked into a hallway alcove. Master bedroom has TV with built in VCR. Added closet space in the master bedroom too.In addition there is room for extra guests in the Queen size pull out sleeper sofa. To make matters more convenient there are two full sized bathrooms.

Comfortable Living room with 27" TV and DVD player for watching movies or catching the big game or just curl up with a good beach read in the comfy surroundings and listen to the ocean waves. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors give guests easy access to large oceanfront balcony that faces south for maximum sun exposure in the winter and provides shade during summer months. Easy access to dune walkover just steps away.

Dining room has spacious seating for four at dining table and additional space at granite topped breakfast bar. Fully equipped kitchen with side by side fridge, dishwasher, microwave, full oven and everything you could think of for that next seafood feast.   • We had a wonderful time in Ft. Walton. We had our 10 and 2 yr old daughters with us and they absolutley loved it.(they want to move there now) The condo was great and we would definitley stay there again. Our deposit was returned very promptly. I even left my pusre behind (my 2 yr old hid it)and Mr Buz was nice enough to call me and mail it back to me. The veiw that we had was absolutley perfect. We got to see dolphins playing the morning that we were leaving. The pool are was very clean and we swam in it every day. We are already planning our next vacation to go back next year.

  • This was our first time in Ft. Walton Beach and had a great time. The room was every thing they said it was and very clean and comfortable. The pool was excellant and we met allot of nice people. Buz at Vacation Rental Owner Management was very helpful in any questions we had and our deposit was returned in a timely manner as promised. We thank the owner and VROM for the wonderful time we had there and looking forward to next year, the sooner the better because the whole area is awesom. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at the same place next year and just might. Our whole experience was nothing but positive except for the drive home which was sad and long. Should of brought back a bucket of sand for a reminder on how beautiful it all was. Thanks again, Rick G.

  • We just returned from a wonderful stay on Okaloosa Island. We stayed in this lovely condo. It was nicely decorated and is well maintained. We had a gourgeous view of the beach and the pool. The covered parking was a real plus and the condominium had very safe feeling about it. Being off of the main path made it that much better. I would definitely recommend this unit to a family of four (kids slept on the double bunks).

  • We had a wonderful time in your condo!Location is perfect - easy access to everything, but away from the "hussle and bussle". It was very nice to have such a large pool - our kids loved it! And to be able to see the ocean while sitting at the pool is an added bonus. Nice decor in the condo as well! We would love to come back.
