There is deep year-round water in front of the house. Covered dock space for one boat is available and the dock can also be used for swimming and fishing. The cove location makes swimming and fishing enjoyable and safe as it is free from heavy boat traffic. The front yard has a gentle slope, which provides an easy walk to the lake. The owners live next door, making problem solving easy. The Greens golf course and restaurant is 2 miles away and an airstrip is 1 mile from the house. Tennis, volleyball, and a swimming pool are about a mile away.

We are the original owners of this cottage and lived there summers until we decided to move to Deerfield full time in 2005.
Why the Owner Chose LaFollette
We love Norris Lake and being on the water. We enjoy going down and just sitting on the dock as well as going out in our boat.
The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
This is a perfect location for avoiding heavy traffic on the lake. You can swim or fish from the dock. It is an easy walk as it is a gentle slope to the dock.

This is a great house for anyone, but especially for young kids. It was great that I didn't have to worry about my 1 1/2 yr old with no steps or hazards. The house was very clean! Nice walk to the water, not steep like many Norris properties. Located in a quiet cove with a nice dock. Great covered deck for enjoying the outdoors in the evening. We had a great stay and plan on returning. We would recommend this house to anyone.
Recommended for:Families with young children.
