New, convenient and luxurious. The recently completed Lodges at Bear Hollow Village, are at the base of Utah Olympic Park, and are conveniently located to the Canyons Ski Resort - two miles away, downtown Park City - five miles away, the number one rated Deer Valley Ski Resort - seven miles away, and just a short 45 minute drive to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude Ski resorts. Located across the street, just a 1/4 mile away, is the new Red Rock Plaza, which features numerous shops, restaurants and a movie theatre. Also nearby, just 1 mile down the road, is the huge Tangers Outlet Mall, where you can find amazing discounts on name brand sportswear, shoes, gifts, etc.
Our condo is located on the Third floor. There is elevator access and stairwells that lead to the heated garage. It has an open floorplan with upgrades like granite counter tops, hardwood floors, stainless appliances, Alder doors and trim, and a gas fireplace. The condo features three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a private master bath. The entire condo is professionally decorated and has an at-home feel that will make you never want to leave.
Nearby is the village park and clubhouse. The clubhouse has an exercise room, fireplace, a computer with high-speed internet access, locker-rooms and a community pool with hot tub. Another hot-tub is available to the Lodges guests, just outside the condo unit. High-speed internet is available in the condo itself, so feel free to bring your lap-top computer.
Sleeping accommodations and features include the master bedroom which has a king bed, dresser, and nightstand. The second bedroom has a queen bed, five drawer chest and nightstand. The third bedroom has a double sized bunk bed. The family room has a sofa, chair, and love seat. It is also equipped with a 37 inch flat screen TV, DVD, and CD player.
No smoking and no pets are allowed, please.
Additional Information
- $500 Refundable Security Deposit and 50% of the rental balance is due upon booking to secure reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: Payment and deposit is refundable if replacement rental is found.
- $150 Cleaning Fee is required for rentals of three nights or less.
