My husband and I have stayed with Lorraine 5 times now. She is so wonderful to work with. The condo is always clean and well stocked. Beautifully decorated. The view from the hugh balcony is the best. Feels like you are on a ship looking out. Thanks for another wonderful stay. When I walk up to the door I say "aaahhhhh I'm home".

This is our second time to stay in Lorainne's condo. Wonderful place to stay, so convenient to everything. Thanks Lorraine for having this condo for us to enjoy during our vacation.

We have been coming to Panama City Beach for the last several years and have stayed in this condo each time. Fantastic doesn't even come close to describing how nice it is here. Condo is spotless - and has everything you would ever think about needing (love the new carpet!). The beach service is just as added plus! If you are coming to Panama City Beach, don't look at any other condo. This is the place to be!

This was our first vacation together with our friends and our first return to PCB since the early 90's. The beautiful condo was such a pleasure to stay in. Everything was clean and neat. The view was gorgeous. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the pier and a clear view of the dolphins playing in the ocean in the mornings. Playing board games on the patio in the evenings were fun. Thank you for being part of our very special vacation.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

My family spent Spring Break at this 13th floor unit & we had an excellent time. The pools were nice & clean, but neither pool appeared to be heated at the time of our stay, so lots of people spent a lot of time in the hot tub since it rained pretty much every day but 2 while we were there. We enjoyed the beach chairs & umbrella that were provided free of charge with this condo rental, but we would let the owners know that pretty much anyone sat in the chairs even without paying for them, &would only be asked to move if someone actually complained. The condo itself was nice & roomy. It was clean, for the most part, but we found lots of crumbs when we moved a chair in order to retrieve a toy that had rolled under it. The condo had probably the most well stocked kitchen out of all the condos we have ever stayed in (and that's a lot). There were pots & pans of all sizes plenty of bake wear, plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. A blender, toaster & just everything we could have possibly wanted to use. This condo was conveniently located to WalMart & multiple restaurants, & other activities like Ripley's. With its' location, there was a whole lot of noise coming from both the beach side & the street side, so if you are going for a quiet, relaxing spot, this might not be the place for you...but this is exactly what we wanted & we found it a very interesting place to stay. As a side-note, this might not be so loud if it hadn't of been for being Spring Break week. The washer & dryer was nice to have right on hand, & the kitchen was a neat, clean, updated spot to work in. One thing of concern was that when we first arrived & was trying to get unpacked...a female used her key & walked right in on us without even knocking. She apologized & just left. Then as we were packing to leave, again a female used her key & just walked in on us questioning if we were leaving. We advised we were & she left. Not really sure why this happened as it was still a couple of hours before we had to be checked out of the room. These unannounced visits just made me feel uncomfortable as I was there with my kids & grandkids, & I didn't like it that someone was just walking in, without any notice just whenever they wanted. The keypad to the pools was nice, but they didn't really work to keep others out as kids just gave their friends the keypad code numbers. Security did check for the Ocean Villa bracelets, but not closely so kids bought cheap duplicates

My family and I had a wonderful time at your condo. Everything was as listed and even better. The view was great and the condo was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

we had a wonderful time, was there early June, the condo had everything we needed for our stay. only problem was not many towels. the location was great, it was very clean and quite area, the beach was very clean. there was lots to keep the kids happy and for the grownups to sit on the patio and watch... I think we spent more time on the patio than we did inside. the only thing i hated and it was nothing no one could do to help was i wanted to watch the sun set on the ocean, but everyday it was muggy and it was hazy so you could not see it. I hope to come back next year and try and come earlier where the weather will not be as hazy so i can see the sun set. but as for the condo it was very well decorated and i would recommend it to anyone looking to go to panama... thanks so much for sharing your place with my family.

Wonderful condo to stay in.

Very nice condo. Well furnished with anything you need, especially the kitchen. Lots of towels also. Very clean and well maintained.. We have stayed at several condos in PCB and this is the nicest one . It is located in a very convenient part of town. Loraine is a wonderful person to rent from and we hope to rent from her again when we go back to PCB.

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

Just returned from my stay in condo 603 at Ocean Villa at PCB, and can't say enough wonderful things about it. The location was perfect, and VERY easily accesible to parking and elevators. The furnishings were top rate, and the condo was extremely clean. Condo was quiet, and had a spectacular view. Will definitely rent from again! THANK YOU!

Heaven on the 6th Floor

This beautiful condo is located on the 6th floor, right beside the elevator for convenience. We were able to obtain a rolling cart to transport our luggage to the front door when we arrived and when we departed. The condo is exactly as is pictured, but is so much more beautiful than listed. The to-die-for balcony looks out over the Gulf water and has 2 lounge chairs, a table with 4 chairs and two additional chairs and small table. The balcony bows out for added room and is perfect for eating breakfast or having a pizza supper at night. The condo was ultra-clean and smelled very nice. The kitchen was fully stocked and bedroom linens and towels were available. The washer and dryer were a nice touch and needful after a long day of swimming. Parking was always available in the condo tower and the pools were roomy and never crowded. The hot tub was HOT and wonderful after a long day walking around Gulf World and Pier Park. The owners of this condo were extremely helpful and true to the value of this lovely condo. I would definitely recommend THIS condo to family and friends and would even return again next summer. All activities, attractions and restaurants are very close and you can even have a pizza delivered if you don't want to leave the room. My family and I loved this condo and wish we were still there right now. We really miss it. :) Thanks to the Wades for having us.

We had a great time! The owners were great to work with and they gave us plenty of information on where to go and what was around us. The decor was fantastic, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was perfect to fix all meals inside if you wanted. The location was perfect. We were out of the heavy mix of spring break on the beach and close enough if you have teens, they can walk to the crowded areas. We would for sure rent from them again. Thanks for the great place!
