Why the Owner Chose Palms of Destin
We love Destin because of the "white powder beaches" and the fact it is within driving distance from Ohio. The weather (April-October) is great. There are plenty of things to do in Destin.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy working out and the Palms has a great workout facility. The Palms pool is the best around by far!! It is close to shopping, great food, activities and of course the beach.

Being honest comes with my profession. I am married with 3 children (26, 24 and 20). I rent to under age 25 because I know there are responsible kids out there like mine and they need a place to go without all the restrictions.

I stayed in this condo last summer with my friends, we are all under 25, and it was a very great experience. The property itself was well kept and lots of fun. The pool is fabulous and we also liked the poolside bar for virgin pina coladas! The only downfall was not being directly on the beach but the Palms provided transportation to and from the beach so that definitely helped out. It is very close to restaurants, lots are walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay! :)
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

A few friends and I rented this unit for a week during our Spring Break vacation. We had an absolutely amazing time. The owner is wonderful to deal with. He is very friendly and willing to work with you concerning payments, scheduling, and age limits. I would love to rent this unit again. The condo itself was gorgeous and very conveniently located. Spectacular view from the balcony.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The Palms of Destin are absolutely beautiful. Gary's condo was very nice. Condo had a great view of the pools and ocean. Great place to take young kids. We had a wonderful vacation and will be back again next year!!! :)

My wife and I took our kids down to the Palms last summer in July. The facility was beautiful and Gary's rooms were very nice. The Lagoon pool is nothing short of amazing and my kids (5 & 7 at the time) had a blast. Gary was very easy to deal with and also very kind. I would recommend this resort (and do) to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. We will be returning to enjoy another week down there this year.

We have stayed twice in this condo. The facility is wonderful. Very clean, modern, new and exciting. The pool is unbelievable. The work out facility is comparable to a very expensive membership gym. Mr. Kurtz is a wonderful owner. If you have any questions or problems, he is very quick in his response. We have been traveling to Destin yearly for approximately 17 years, and he is by far the most accommodating owner we have ever dealt with.

We really enjoyed the Palms! What a fabulous view, amazing lagoon pool, luxurious rooms, fun kiddie pool/sprinkler fountain and very reasonable rate! The owner was great to deal with- very helpful and prompt with any questions and with reservations! You will be glad you stayed here!!!!!
