  This house is amazing. We hosted my daughter's wedding here. The beach is breathe taking with a sugar white sand beach and underneath the beach house is an amazing place to host a wedding reception. The house has everything you can think of. The caters really loved the kitchen and the extra prep room. The new pool is awesome. We all spent lots of time there. I just can't say enough about how this beach house really made our stay and my daughter's wedding the best ever. All the guest loved the house and is still talking about it. We all spent lots of time out on the front decks watching the ocean and at night we spent time on the back deck watching amazing sunsets. A great time was had by all. The owner was very helpful with referring venues and went out of their way to make sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend this beach house for a wedding or even a vacation. I am hoping to return in two years to celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary here. Thanks again for allowing us to rent this wonderful house. We will never forget what an amazing time we had here.

  A group of friends and I stayed at the Tan and Broke over Memorial Day Weekend 2012. We had an absolute blast at this gorgeous, well-maintained, convenience beach house. It was spacious and comfortable. The pool was a great way to relax and cool off after a long day on the beach. The owners were very easy to work with, respectful of our group, and very accommodating. If you're looking for a place to stay on Pensacola Beach, be sure to give the Tan and Broke a look - you'll love it!

  Today is the last day in paradise! Our family was looking for a nice get away and found that at Tan & Broke. What a beautiful property and Sheri was so helpful with recommendations for fishing for our boys and for picking up local seafood to enjoy. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful beach spot and a nice relaxing get away. Best on the beach!

  Absolutely wonderful time at Tan and Broke. Fabulous facility - almost private beach and private pool. Kitchen well supplied - big and spacious - my kids love to cook. Hope to go again next year.

  We rented Tan & Broke because of all the beach houses available for weddings, this one by far had the best ammenities, look, space, and price. One of the big reasons we chose this house was so we had a "rain" option under the house in case of bad weather on the wedding day. The owners were amazing to work with and the house went above and beyond our expectations. We had most of our wedding party stay in the various rooms and the master bedroom was a dream!! All of the porches and the top look out point are amazing and you can see everything. We actually did our "first look" picks on the top balcony :) We hosted our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception under the house and the caterers had plenty of room to work with upstairs and under the house. Decorations hung under the house looked amazing and every one of our guests complimented us on the house. We definitely want to come back with family again sometime. Thank you for offering your wonderful beach home. It had everything we could ask for and our wedding was unforgettable!

  The photos do not do this beautiful home justice! It is richly appointed and incredibly comfortable. We have rented many beach homes across the gulf coast, but this one is far and above the best appointed and offers the best layout for families. The owners have thought of everything - there's even a separate den for children (with tons of DVD's, games, and even a Wii console) as well as a bar area with a mounted TV that was a favorite hangout for the guys in our family. Best of all, everyone was able to come together for meals and sit at the same (huge) dinner table. The house had absolutely everything we needed to entertain our family from high-end plates and serving wear to place mats, etc. So many of the homes we've rented are "bare bones" in terms of what are available to renters but the Tan and Broke goes all out to make guests comfortable and right at home. We'll definitely be back!

  The home is amazing! We rented for the first time this year and have already booked next year. Other houses we rented were not as clean or nice. The location is great, just a block off the beach, great pool, yard and outside space. Sherri the owner is great and very responsive when we had questions. They take great care of the home - clean, in great condition and very nice decor. It's our new home for our annual vacations!

  Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. The owner worked with us on very short notice to work out the details to be able to rent their home. They were very accomodating and the home is exactly as you see in the listing. It's an unbelievable home and the owners certainly made the whole stay an incredible experience. We will DEFINITELY make this an annual trip! I would highly recommend this property!

  We live in Las Vegas and Our family has traveled all over the world. We now have stayed at Tan and Broke on two separate occasions and find the beach to be the BEST in the world and the accommodations are spectacular. This spacious home offers Ritz Carlton like amenities at a reasonable price. The ability to walk and bike for endless miles is unsurpassed! Every night we sat on the top deck soaking in the beautiful Florida sunset enjoying an adult beverage made in the hip bar room. This home provides two family rooms, so the kids can watch Disney and the guys can watch uninterrupted sports in separate areas of the house. No matter the season, the experience is unforgettable!

  We just spent 5 weeks at this lovely home. The house is beautifully decorated and is very comfortable for a family. The kitchen is a ccok's dream and is very well equipped. We especially enjoyed the fireplace on the cold days. The outside seating areas are large, comfortable and have great views. The location is great - a quiet street just steps away from the Gulf. The owners were great to work with and very attentive to our needs. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
