Why the Owner Chose Kihei Kai Nani
We purchased Unit #253 in S. Kihei because it is across from Kamole Sands II and the best swimming beach around, and it is near Wailea, which is an expensive part of the island, where hotels are over $700+ per night, and yet, our area is soooooooo much more rasonable!
Also there are aboaut 12 - 14 restaurants within walking distance of our unit. Mexican, Greek, French, Chinese, American, Hawaiian, Lots of souvenir shops, etc.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We are among a very few who can acommodate the 5th person, most unit limit 2 to 4 people in their units. As far as we know we are the only ones who are offering a FAX machine, copier, scanner, and printer in the unit for our guest's use as well. We also offer an aray of DVD and VHS Family and classic movies for our guest's use. We have beach towels, mats, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, noodles and some snorkel gear.

My husband Gerry and I invite you to come and use our home away from home, Gerry is a builder and we go to Maui at least once per year and re-model, freshen up or re-decorate each unit as needed to keep them looking beautiful and keep them comfortable for YOU, our guests.
I have been selling Real Estate for the past 34 years and simultainously owned a trave agency for 27 yrs. and feel that we know what the travelers need and look for when they travel and try and accommodate their every need as much as we can. We even had the sofa bed reupholstered with a bright Hawaiian material. We can also make recommendations on things to do and see, sightseeing tours and reasonable car rentals on the island.
We can arrange things for special occassions, and surprises for Anniversaries, Birthdays, Weddings, Honeymoons, etc.
