The home accommodates 1-10 occupants and is located on Blue Mountain Road Cul-de-sac. This home, in the area known as “The Beaches of South Walton” along Hwy 30-A, has the sugar white sand and clear emerald waters you have heard all about!
Maximum occupancy 10 people includes infants & visitors you may have using facilities, property or beach ... strictly adhered to; certain size groups may not be suitable depending on number of adults, ages of children, please inquire; group gatherings over 10 occupants are not allowed anywhere at anytime on property or the beach! Weddings and other gatherings with more than 10 are not welcome!
Rate Information:
For 6 or less, choose to rent the 3 bedroom, the 4th bedroom & extra bath is locked and not used by anyone else …… or check with owner for small group pricing desiring the extra space & bath. For 7-10, rent the 4 bedroom, 3 bath.
DAILY RATES are not pro-rated and extra fees apply. MONTHLY RATES not available.
Rates shown include cleaning fee but do not include tax / damage deposit or dog fees. No other fees apply.
