This home, in the area known as “The Beaches of South Walton” along Hwy 30-A, has the sugar white sand and clear emerald waters you have heard all about! Member of local area Chamber of Commerce.
Maximum occupancy 10 people includes infants & your visitors using facilities but do not spend the night ... strictly adhered to; certain size groups may not be suitable depending on number of adults, ages of children, please inquire; group gatherings over 10 occupants are not allowed anywhere at anytime on property!
Rate Information:
Daily Rates are minimum weekly rate! For 6 or less, choose to rent the 3 bedroom / 2 bath and close off the 4th bedroom / extra bath …… or check with owner for small group pricing desiring the extra space & bath. For 7-10, the 4 bedroom / 3 bath rate applies.
Rates shown include cleaning fee but do not include tax / damage deposit.
Non-refundable Dog Fee $250 per dog; appropriate paperwork is required at time of reservation for confirmation; dog cleaning fees are included in dog pricing; sorry, other pets are not acceptable. Walton County Pet Ordinance applies.
