  Randy, Thanks so much for the use of your condo. We had a fantastic time! I have been going to Sandpiper Cove since the 1970's, long before your unit was ever built. I have always stayed either around the canal or closer to Hwy 98. Actually owned a couple of the units at one time or another (2008 and 3210), but this is the first time we have stayed in the Beachwalk area, it was awesome to be so close to the beach. The unit was very nice, and my teenage sons loved the bunkbeds! Hope to be able to rent from you again in the future, especially at Thanksgiving!!

  Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!!!! This was our first trip down in the fall and I will never go back in the summer lol!!! The weather, water and atompshere was just right!!! Randy's condo is everything it says in the description!!! It was myself, husband and two kiddos ages 10 and 11. This trip was our favorite so far. The beach was a short walk and you could see and hear the water from the deck. I was SUPER stoked to find what was behind closet # 2 in the kitchen, ( I apparently missed it in the description!! ) { a washer and dryer!!!!! } This was a life saver with two kiddos!!!! :0) we hope to return every year if Randy will have us!!!! ( and others don't realize this is the perfect time to go!!! )

  Thank you so much for the use of your condo, our trip was amazing! We felt like we were home. Destin is beautiful, we will be back for sure. The location of your codo was perfect, close to everything, the property was a lot of fun and very family oriented. The people at Holiday Isle were very helpful in helping us find fun things to do and providing movies, equipment and coupons. We so enjoyed ourselves, thanks!!

  This place was excellent! The place was exactly like the pictures showed. I cooked all our meals, so it was great having a fully stocked kitchen. So close to the gulf...just across the street. Walked over to the beach every morning with our cooler. We had two adults and four teens (ages 19, 19, 18, and 17) and we all fit just perfectly. Two kids in the bunks and two kids in the living room. We did bring air mattresses, but they could have slept on the couch. We walked almost everywhere (beach, grocery store, kids souvenir shopping, etc.). We did have to drive to parasail. The kids thought parasailing was awesome, and worth the $40 a piece. I walked across the beach on Easter morning to see the beautiful sunrise, and also saw three sets of dolphins. Bring your camera! Kids played tennis, we all golfed, and we also enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. Thanks for letting us rent your place for a week. I highly recommend it to anyone.

  Hi Randy, Thank you for renting your condo, it was clean and we could sit on the balcony in the morning and see the waves. We had a great time, the condo is exactly as the photos showed. The HIP office staff were helpful, and we had a great time at the "Mexican Night" dinner they held. We had good neighbors. The location of SPC is good, we enjoyed the golf, can walk to Targets and WinDixi mall, we like the Golden Coral buffee, and there is quite a few malls in driving distance, with well known stores. Thank you for letting us rent again next year.

  Dear Mr. Hadaway, We just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay in your condo. The quick walk to the beach and view were great.........for the first time sand was not in EVERYTHING! We will definitely be in touch and use your condo again. Anyway we would just like to say thanks again! Oh and the group that you have managing the condo for you was great! We got coupons galore and free tickets to The Track.

  Just wanted to say thanks...my wife and I really enjoyed your condo. It was the first time we stayed anywhere but Holiday Surf and Racquet Club. I just love Holiday Isle don't think I'll ever stay anywhere else. I wish people would realize that there is no oil there. It was kind of sad to see how empty the town was...didn't wait for a table once while eating out! Hopefully business picks up as it looks like the well is capped...
