Welcome to our property in Laurel Oaks, a property set in tropical surroundings of two-story, garden-style buildings. (Please see "PERSONAL LINK" at bottom of this page for more photos.)
A large central lake serves as a focus for the heated pool and clubhouse, a short walk from our first floor condo. We enjoy relaxing on our lanai with a private garden view. We also enjoy the front lanai with its double French doors off the kitchen eating area. A lush cascade of Bougainvillea covers the lanai screens and gives us privacy from the front parking areas. The condominium has been renovated by a local interior designer in a fresh Bahamian style and Key West Florida cottage look with large tile floors throughout. New china, glassware, and superior quality kitchen appliances, and new linens have been added. A new flat screen 32" TV with DVD is located in the media center console. New artwork has been chosen to complete the décor.
Our property is located in the heart of award-winning Pelican Bay, on the north end of Naples with a mix of stately homes, other beautiful condominium properties, walking-jogging paths, and golf courses. We are a 7 minute bike ride to the 3 mile beach for the exclusive use of Pelican Bay residents and their guests. Take the 5-minute tram past the mangroves, view the egrets and cormarants, and arrive at the powder white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Change in the locker rooms, go for a swim, relax on one of the complementary blue beach chairs under a large blue umbrella, and have lunch or dinner at the restaurant. Sign up for a round of tennis at the nearby private courts.

Security Deposit: $900 on arrival, refundable at end of stay, less
any damages. The Pelican Bay fee $125 and Laurel Oaks application fee $100
are refunded at end of stays 2 mos.or longer. Lodging tax 10%, cleaning fee $150
Booking: 15% at time of reservation. Balance is due 60 days in
advance. Cancellations: 60-90 days 60% refund, 45-60 days 25% refund
90% refund if the unit is rented for the same entire period
