Excellent property- close to the strip (New York, New York and City Center) and the shops at Planet Hollywood. There is a tunnell which connects Signature with the main MGM complex as well. As for the room itself- comfortable king sized bed as well as a pull out queen. Eqipped with a full kitchen and the owner stocks the cupboards with anything you may need. The balcony is huge and has a great view of the strip. The style is modern and all the appliances and electronics are top of the line. My one issue was with the wireless- which was slow in the suites but great in the lobby and pool area. The building itself, has a fantastic fitness centre and private pool. Each tower has their own pool or you can use the many pools at MGM- including Wet Republic! If you want to eat out- MGM has tons of restaurants and a food court but I recommend the deli in tower 2. Overall- great experience and I will be back for sure as soon as my liver recovers!

Wow!! What a find!!! Great place. it is elegant, clean, quiet, and yet you are minutes to anything and everything. I enjoyed the room, from the comfortable bed to the balcony overlooking the strip. May 9/12

My wife and I stayed here for a four day stop in Vegas. We found the unit to be completely stocked with everything that one may need. It really helped to curb the costs of vegas having access to a fridge, etc. There is the walkway that leads you to the MGM to get to the strip however I found it better to go out the front of the complex and make a left bringing you out a bit further down the strip. I would recommend this unit.

The room was extremely clean. The view is amazing. The owner supplied everything you might need; towels, shampoo, soaps, coffee etc. However, there is a perk that isn't mentioned in the price of the room...having the resource of a Vegas native. The owner was able to give great advice on everything from transportation, to sightseeing, to show discounts etc. That is something that sets this unit apart. The owner truly treats you like a guest in her city! Thanks for such an amazing time in!! When we come back to Vegas, we will stay with this owner again!!

Had a terrific family vacation in this condo. Very convenient location with complimentary valet parking and easy indoor access to the MGM Grand. Owner had the place fully stocked including coffee/tea, condiments, pots, pans, and utensils. Was met by owner upon arrival and led to the condo even before it was official check-in time. Easier than normal hotel check-ins. The condo is very spacious and comfortable with a large balcony facing the strip. The kids had a blast soaking in the big jetted tub and watching TV in the bathroom and we had more towels than we could have ever needed. When they weren't in the tub, we were at the pools and lazy river of the MGM Grand, easy access with our Owner's access keys. Really loved the free wifi access as well, so tired of paying exorbitant prices for access in hotel rooms. Highly recommended, owner has an adjoining suite to this unit so we'll definitely be back with friends !!!

I booked the unit for 4 months (Jan-Apr) and was very pleased with it. I am a regular Las Vegas visitor and was a bit tired of staying in hotels so it was nice to have a home base for an extended period of time. I had my own vehicle and made good use of the Valet Parking. I found the unit very quiet (which is what I was looking for), yet still close to all of the action that the Strip provides. Although it was great to have coffee/tea readily available (and included in the price) in the unit, it was also great to have the ability to go to Starbucks on the main floor if I wanted a latte or cappuccino. I also made good use of the laundry and work-out facilities. I used the desk for my computer, printer, and scanner as my temporary "home office" and it all worked out fine, including the internet (although wired was considerably faster than wireless). I would recommend this place for any short or long term rental. Thanks very much.

I stayed in this unit for 3 months this winter and loved every minute of it.Not only do you get a great room on the 34th floor with a kitchenette but you have a large balcony with a fantastic view. You are close to everything on the Strip so you can walk or take the monorail(Station right at MGM Hotel) to most places.The owner lives in town and is able to take care of any matters that may arise.She takes excellent care of the place and it was very clean when I arrived.The beds are very comfortable and there are an ample supply of high quality towels and face cloths.There is a laundry room downstairs with four washers and dryers free of charge.I rarely ran into people using the macines so you are able to do several loads at the same time if you have alot of laundry.I am already signed up for 3 months next winter and would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Incredible value. Spacious condo that is shielded from the casino area, yet very close that you can walk to all the casinos. The owner was there in person, going over everything, and the kitchen and the bathroom was full with all the needed items. This was a great stay and I highly recommend it if you want to combine your Vegas stay and access to the strip with peacefull and comfortable living space.

I was hesitant to rent a "condo through owner" but the owner of this condo made a believer out of me!!! The communication was amazing throughout the whole process. The condo itself is beautiful, quiet and well kept. It is perfect for a couple who wants a quiet balcony to sit on yet still wants access to a casino and the strip. The MGM is a short indoor stroll (on a mechanical walkway) from the towers. The bed was incredibly comfy and the bathroom had a huge jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and enclosed toilet for privacy. It is PERFECT for the couple who wants to go have fun and then retreat to a quiet place to recover for a while! The owner stocked our fridge for us (for a fee and grocery reimbursement) so we walked into the room with snacks and drinks. The owner was also VERY helpful with show tickets and any questions we had. I highly recommend this condo and this facility! The bar and staff were professional and fun as well!!!

Owner was very accomodating. Beautiful room and bathroom. Well stocked kitchen with salt, pepper, coffee, sugar etc. Well stocked bar with some snacks etc, reasonably priced. I was there to do the half marathon so ran to the store and was able to cook my own breakfasts etc to meet my needs. That was very nice and saved money on eating out so much. That jetted tub was heaven after the marathon too! We stayed five nights and more than enough towels etc. Nice view from the balcony and quiet location. We would stay there again.

Well kept, ideal location, and Marvellous Views of the Mountains & at night the lights of Las Vegas. We appreciated that the kitchen facilities were excellent & small matters like filters for the coffee machine, detergents for washing up, plenty of towels in the bathroom. All in all an EXCELLENT place to stay & play!

This is by far the very best place to stay in Las Vegas! We booked this unit for five nights and it far exceeded our expectations. The description and pictures for this listing are more than accurate. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the unit is incredible. Being able to eat breakfast/snacks every day due to having the kitchenette was great. Views of the mountains during the day and Las Vegas lights at night from the balcony are beautiful! And let’s not forget to mention the bathroom … WOW!!! The pride the owner has in the unit cannot be questioned as everything one needs for a relaxing and enjoyable trip is here. We have already recommended this unit to our friends and family and are already looking forward to our next stay.

This was my first trip to Vegas and both my partner and I enjoyed ourselves very much we were really impressed with our accomadtion here at the signature, great views, great bed, good spacious clean apartment which made our stay sooo luxurious. It was soo nice to come back and relax at this apartment after a long day and night on the strip. Far and away the best place to stay in Vegas! Spacious Room, great bathroom, great deck with view and as the owner stated, virtually noiseless (the Wet Republic side is incredibly loud!). It was great for my husband and I to have a leisurely breakfast or afternoon cocktails in the room then venture out for the day or evening. Easy access to everything MGM and the strip as well as the Miracle Mile shops via the side entrance. Will definately be back and will recommend to friends/family traveling to Vegas!

From the moment we booked the condo we found the owner helpful and made us feel right at home. She met us in the lobby upon our early arrival and then we were able to take our luggage to the room and come and go as we needed while the room was being cleaned. The condo was very clean, well equipped with everything we needed. Having an extended balcony was great and the view was spectacular. This condo will definitely be where we will stay again.

Bye bye MGM Grand ..... Hello signature !!! Everything was top notch / room was clean / stocked with everything we needed and more ! The great thing was not only the incredible view but everyone at the hotel was nice and courteous ! The owner answered every annoying question I had before we arrived and offers stocking the suite with anything you need for a very fair fee! This time I went with girlfriends for a convention and we enjoyed the pools at signature ( which were open even during bad weather ( unlike MGM). If your a Starbucks fan / there's one in the lobby which you don't have to wait the regular 20 min in line at MGM..... The best part was we were provided with free coffee and coffee maker for our am which we sat on balcony and had each am while planning the day ! Next time coming to Vegas and everytime after I will always try to stay in this unit!!!! She even provides a fully stocked bar area with everything you need including snacks and water and the prices are more than fair. When was the last time you could buy a water for .25 ?? Next time my hubby and I will come with our kids and rent both of the suites.... Thanks for a great trip!!!!!

We own a condo in the mountains and list with VRBO. Yet despite taking annual trips to Vegas, we had never used VRBO to find a property. After searching many listings, and knowing the Signature reputation, we picked these adjoining units based upon the Tower One location, their amenities and very reasonable rates. The units were everything we hoped for. The representations in this listing are spot on accurate in every respect. The owner was not only accomodating, but friendly and helpful. It was our daughter's 21st and could not have better. We will be back--so please do not book this unit for whenever we want to be there. For all other times, go for it.

I cannot say enough positive things about our most enjoyable stay @ The Signature. This property owner could not have been better. All was as described and the location was fantastic. The staff was very personable and assisted w/ every request and question our party presented. The property was very clean and in top notch shape for our stay. We had the 2 adjoining suites and this turned out to be a great arrangement. No need for a car at this property, access to all of the fun on the strip by a short stroll to the monorail.

I can not say enough about how INCREDIBLE this property was. We booked the reservation 7 months before our stay and the owner was absolutely wonderful during that time in answering questions about the suite and giving us recommendations on things to do during our stay. The owner even took us to a local store, (for a very small fee), to purchase food items that we used for breakfasts and midnight snacks. (nothing better than eating bacon and eggs on the balcony overlooking the pools in the wonderful robes that were provided.) Anyway.....the room was great....the Signature was wonderful....and we will definietly be booking this property again in the very near future.

Having always stayed in a resort in vegas, I was a little skeptical in renting a condo @ a property I wasn't familiar with, but we were pleasantly surprised, so much so, that we'll definitely be staying here from now on. My husband and I stayed for a week in the suite. It was a wonderful place to stay. It was very clean. The beds/pillows were very comfortable. We had a great view from the balcony. We ate breakfast on the balcony each morning and finished our day by having a glass of wine out there. We took advantage of the owner's offer to take us to buy supplies. She was very kind in doing so and we were stocked for the week. We made breakfast in the room each day and found we had all the kitchen utensils we needed. The jacuzzi tub was very relaxing after a day of walking in the hot sun. We also used the laundry facility which was clean and convenient. We rented a car and took advantage of the valet parking which was very easy. The walk from Tower 1 to the MGM was very easy. We used the Tower 1 pool and the MGM pool. Both were very nice. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

My family (2 adults, 2 young children) stayed here a couple of weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. We originally booked on the 3rd floor but because of a scheduling conflict, the owner moved us up to the Penthouse at no extra charge. That was my first clue that she takes care of her customers. Before our arrival she offered to go to the grocery store for us since we were not planning on renting a car. She purchased most things on our list and charged only 30.00 for this valuable service. We used the mini-bar which was VERY REASONABLY priced compared to most places in Vegas. We had a deactivated room card a couple of days after our arrival. I called and she was immediately available to take care of the problem. It was resolved within about 15 minutes. The owner happened to be cleaning another one of her rooms next door and took our towels for washing mid-week. We spent three unplanned days at the pool with the lazy river and had a great time. We asked the owner if we could have a late check out on our last day and for a minimal fee (and because she had the room available) she said we could stay. We didn't end up needing the late check out but I just wanted to post this as another example of how accommodating and easy to work with she was. Thank you for a very memorable vacation!!

WOW! My wife and I just returned from a week long stay at the Signature and will always book this unit for future stays. This was our 5th Vegas trip and could not be more satisfied with our suite. A short inside walk through the MGM gets you right to the strip. If a suite w/balcony is available get it for the view or maybe a relaxing cocktail at the end of the day.. Our garden tub with massaging jets was totally relaxing after a long day walking. The kitchen area is perfect for eating some meals in your room to avoid eating too much fast food or over spending at the good restaurants. Free valet parking and no daily resort fee. Are you kidding me? The price is very competitive with rooms at the hotels/casinos.

My husband and I just returned from a week's stay at this condo to celebrate our 16th anniversary.. The owner was so gracious and gave us a short tour of the building and the condo. She left numbers were she could be reached if anything was to happen (which it didn't). The second floor location was great- fast in and out. The usage of the washers/dryers allowed us to pack light and save on baggage fees. The bad and pillows were soooooo comfortable that after a long day (and night) on the strip, we fell asleep as soon as we hit the bed. The bathroom, more specifically the jacuzzi tub was relaxing after all the walking we did. The condo was clean, the view was great, and we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!!

its really all been said in the other reviews. we had a fantastic time in this apartment, and really apppreciated the personal touches. contact with the owner was excellent, the internet access was useful for printing boarding passes, the staff were very helpful and professional, and the apartment had everything that we needed. we were on a road trip, and by staying sunday- thursday, instead of the weekend, we were very happy with the price we paid. if we go back to las vegas, we wouldn't bother looking for anywhere else. highly recommended

Just back from a 2 wk stay in this condo and only one word to describe it ....EXCELLENT.. Owner payed attention to every little detail . Never needed to call on her once as everything was perfect.Condo is spacious and spotless with a hugh comfy bed.A great mini bar stocked with allsorts. Lovely balcony which is a brilliant sun trap in the afternoon.The walk to the MGM is via moving walk ways and takes about 5 mins and another 5 to go through the casions to the strip.If ur looking for a piece of heaven 5 mins from the strip then do not hesitate to book this condo ...ps there is also a great little starbucks in the tower :-) ...

for my 50th birthday present...my husband & I took our first trip to Vegas. this site was recommended by a friend and I am so pleased we decided to book here. Although the owner ended up being out of town during our stay, there was nothing that wasn't there or nearby. We spent 5 nights and found the room very comfortable, the only thing we were disappointed about was the lack of sports channels as we were there during the hockey playoffs and had to go to sports bars to view the games..which can be very expensive. The pools are numerous and very clean. easy access to the strip especially after you figure out where you want to go. Would definitely recommend to others as the room is very quiet & relaxing after walking in crowds all day or spending a few hours in the casinos. Thank you for having us ;0)

Just got back from staying 2 weeks at this condo. We were very pleased with our choice, this was our third time in Vegas but our first time staying in the Signature and it exceeded our expectations. The owner was very helpful and understanding to our needs. There was an abundance of towels, toiletries and bed linen. We found the beds very comfortable, the bathroom was out of this world, the condo was well stocked with anything you might desire. We would recomend this condo to anybody, we travelled with two kids and the walk to the MGM is not far at all. The swimming pools at the MGM are only minutes away, all the pools are very clean and well maintained. There was no problem in sleeping at night as the suite is at the quiet side of Tower 1. It was very relaxed and quiet. There is also a balcony and the owner had left chairs and a table for our use on the balcony, which was lovely to sit in the evenings with a drink. Highly recommend this property. We would like to thank the owner for everything and we look forward to returning in the very near future.

Nice condo / efficiency unit in a non-gambling hotel setting (a rarity in Vegas!). The unit had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen, with its microwave, 2-burner stove and fridge saved us some $$ - we had our breakfasts, some dinners and our late night snacks there. With the owner's generous sharing of her owner's card we were able to access Wet Republic for free (access fee waived) and used cabanas at the regular pools for free (usually a daily rental fee applies). The beds were both comfortable, linens of great quality; internet access was extremely helpful when planning our day's events; bathroom is to die for! Front desk at towers 1 (during regular hours) and tower 2 (off hours) as well as the concierge, bell desk and other staff members were all very helpful. Be forewarned if you are not familiar with Wet Republic: it is exactly like a high-end night club, except around a pool during the day. Expect a dress code (bikinis are best), an explosive sound system, fees if you wish to use any of the chairs / loungers / cabanas ($250 minimum for lounge chair; up to $6000 during weekends for a 10 person cabana) and $12 bottles of beer. There's also a screening ("velvet rope") / security (possible frisk) area prior to entry. It is a blast, but is definitely geared toward the 20- and 30- somethings who are beautiful and like to party! If you like Daytona during Spring Break, this is for you! For all of us regular folk, there are several pools available that are more than suitable, especially the two behind tower 2. The walk from the Signature towers to the Strip is about 5 minutes, if that. We were strolling every night until the wee hours and felt completely safe - many with young kids were doing the same. Great place to stay! We'll definitely be back!

The unit was just as described with easy access to the MGM Grand. We will stay here again. Great views of the Strip. This is our first time renting a Signature unit. It is a hidden oasis from the maddening pace of the Casino/Hotel.

The unit is large, comfortable and kept very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is great for a couple since it is large, has twin sinks, a shower and a jaccuzi tub. The owner also helped us get Ka tickets at 40% off which was very considerate. The Signature is not on the strip but the walk is reasonable.

Stayed at this property Nov 22 - Nov 27. Unit was great - spacious, well stocked with coffee/teas/etc. Owner was very gracious and provided everything we could possibly need. We will definitely look to stay at this property, and rent from this owner again. We really enjoyed having morning/early afternoon coffee/breakfast in the room - is a much more relaxed way to start the day. Thanks to the owner for making our stay most enjoyable!

This is a great location in tower one with a strip side view from a high floor. Owner is friendly and accomodating. A slight deduction from 5 stars because the unit was cluttered with owner belongings and cheap accessories. They are utilitarian, but they take away from the 5-star hotel experience. Also the sheets are cheap and dont fit right on the bed. Overall it is worth it-considering the discount you get from the standard rate. The complex is great with valet parking, gated entrance, surrounded by pools, close to the monorail, moving walkways to the MGM casino and shopping and foodcourt.

After having several positive experiences utilizing VRBO for other travel destinations, my wife and I decided to again use it for our Las Vegas trip. We were again very pleased with our choice. The reviews for this particular unit and the property in general are spot on. Greeted by a very gracious owner upon arrival at the beautiful property, then escorted to the immaculate and fully appointed unit, we received a detailed briefing on the unit, the property and the amenities located nearby. If you bring a vehicle, the valet service is very efficient and hospitable. The valets asked if driving directions were needed!..Very pleasant indeed. Access by auto in and out of the property is very easy, as you do not have to use Las Vegas Blvd...Going to and from the strip on foot is made easier by 3 moving walkways that connect Signature Tower 1 to MGM Grand Casino...then you're on your own...everything looks so close in Vegas, but it can take 5-10 minutes just to walk through one of the casino hotels...Another reason to enjoy a stay at Signature is the scale of the property does not overwhelm you. Read the other reviews of this unit as we did and ENJOY your stay.

My fiancee and I had the pleasure to stay at this lovely suite. Not only was it a lovely room it also had a great kitchen to prepare our meals and a huge bathroom with a whirlpool and luxurious shower/vanity. The owner even recommended an awesome show and picked up tickets for us. We had no problems and the owner was readily available to take care of anything if there was, truly a wonderful host. Had access to the pools and took a leisurely stroll on the lazy river, fun times. This was our second stay at MGM Signature but surely the best stay we've ever had in Vegas overall. We had the best time due in large part to the owner's impeccable help, surely you cannot get such a personal touch anywhere else. Highly recommended to anyone, our family and friends will and have heard the benefits of booking this condo.

This was a fabulous place to stay at in Vegas, very clean, comfortable and convenient and just what we wanted. It was so nice to come back for a rest here after a day out, we would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again in the future. We also greatly appreciated the Vegas brochures and guides to read and complimentary access to internet to check our emails. The jacuzzi, kitchen and stocked bar was also very nice. There are also bathrobes and plenty of towels. Good communication with owner/manager. We couldn't find any fault with this place, I'm sure you will enjoy your stay here too.

Our first trip to Las Vegas and we couldn't recommend this condo more highly. Location is perfect, close to the strip via the enclosed moving walkway through to the MGM Grand but secluded enough to offer an escape from the madness of the strip. The staff in Tower 1 were always friendly and extremely helpful. The lounge bar in Tower 1 offers a welcome retreat with the staff always pleasant in the extreme, the epitome of the famed American customer service. Then we come to the suite itself - Extremely clean and comfortable with an owner that goes out of her way to ensure a trouble free stay. This suite represents excellent value for money and would be our first 'Port of Call' for future visits. An unbelievable holiday that will remain uppermost in our memories for a very long time. Give this condo a go you won't regret it.

This was my third time to Vegas--my first two times visiting, I have been on either end of the strip and have always wished I could have accommodations closer to the center of the 'action' on the strip. The Signature is the PERFECT location on the strip. Connected to the MGM via moving escalators, The Signature is the best of both worlds--a quiet, relaxing, and lush over-sized suite separate but connected to a busy, fast-paced, cutting-edge resort! The Penthouse suite was absolutely stunning! As soon as you walk in you see the breathtaking view of the strip, Planet Hollywood Towers and city center. The bathroom is HUGE! Large, jetted jacuzzi tub-shower, separate 'water closet' for privacy. There is even a TV ! I really enjoyed how comfortable the bed was ( a nice King bed with lot's of pillows). It was also convenient that there was a couch/living room area that was separate from the bed area. The kitchenette is perfect for cooking breakfast in the morning, lunch after the pool, or even a late-night snack. Very tasteful, upgraded amenities made me feel like I was in my own apartment. The balcony sells this place by itself! Very spacious and surprisingly quiet. Perfect to sit outside with coffee or cocktails and admire the view. Down the elevators (which is a long ride because you're 37 floors up!) is the lobby which connects all 3 towers and also the signature to the MGM. Even has quick access to the Monorail station which connects you to most hotels on the strip and saves you SO much walking and taxi costs (in fact, we NEVER took a taxi our entire stay! Monorail got us to: Venetian, Paris, Caesars, Sahara, etc) I have to admit, I was a little weary about renting a condo in Vegas but I am so glad I did! The owner was super helpful; she answered all of my questions and was available to help with anything I needed while I was there. She even gave us her cell and room numbers in case we needed anything. We are extremely thankful for someone as caring and compassionate instead of the typical hotel staff. We didn't even have to check-in with the front desk--the owner met us in person, showed us our room and even took us to the local grocery store to stock up for our stay. Another perk for staying here is that you will receive an 'owners' key card which can get you into 'Wet Republic' Pools and maybe even get you into some nightclubs. Overall, this penthouse is perfect! Great location, over 10 pools, shops, restaurants and the monorail. I will be back

We made a last minute trip to Vegas in late September 2010. I found this new listing and jumped to book it. Becasue this was very last minute I really wasn't sure what would await us when we arrived in Vegas. We were pleasantly suprised! The owner met us in the lobby and escorted us to a lovely penthouse suite. The suite had everything we needed and more and what a view!! We had a wonderful tiime and would absolutely stay again. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a comfortable, home away from home while in Vegas.

This well maintained condo with breathtaking views and spacious floor plan will leave you speechless and wishing for a longer stay. This is our 2nd stay at the Signature & we much prefer it to hotels. You get so much more than at the hotel. The gym without extra "resort fees", use of 3 pools in addition to the MGM pool, a full kitchen & just a short walk to MGM. The room was beautiful & quiet, the owner lives in the building & was really helpful making this a very pleasant stay. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you, we had a great weekend.

We chose this condo for our 1st stay in Vegas because it had more room than the hotel rooms and was still close to the strip. We were not disappointed at all - great view of the strip from our room without the noise of the strip. It was great having a kitchen to cook in instead of spending the money to eat out as well. We visited our friend's rooms that were staying in the hotel rooms in MGM and the condo was well worth the extra $ (only about a $20-40 difference/night). We had a balcony, kitchen, HUGE bathroom (with a TV), and about 300 extra sq feet!! While it's quite a walk to get to the casino, it's so worth the walk for the privacy. As an added bonus, when you stay in the condos you get more access to pools - on a busy Saturday the main pool had THOUSANDS of people, we decided to use the Tower 1 pool and there was only about 10 people there - plus you could sit on comfy chairs versus the cheapy ones at the main pool. I 100% recommend staying in a condo!

We have just returned from a 3 week stay at this suite in the Signature Thare is so much space in the room and the decor and furnishings are lovely Plenty of bedding and towels etc and very clean and tidy The balcony provided essential fresh air during a long stay and has a great view! All 3 pools are great and we were lucky enough to meet Tom Jones and chat with him in the pool!!! The owner is so welcoming and friendly and helped us with so many extras during our stay Thank You x There is nowhere nicer to stay book now!!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend in June (sorry this review is so late) and have decided that this will be the only place we'll stay when we come to Vegas. This condo is on one of the lower floors, (floor 2, to be exact), but it was actually several floors up, and it was very quiet. The balcony has a great view of the strip, and the lights are all magnificent at night, even from a lower floor. The best part about renting from this owner is that we were so thrilled with all the "extras" we received. First of all, the rate was far lower than booking through other owners or directly though the Signature. We also didn't have to wait in line to check in because the owner met us in the lobby. Third, the owner offered a lot of "perks," which really saved us a lot of time and money ($2 monorail tickets, free coffee, water, tea, etc., reasonably prices soft drinks and alcohol in the minibar...) The room was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. We loved having a kitchen so that we could keep snacks on hand and make coffee in the morning. Unlimited free bottled water can be picked up in the gym on the way out. The location is very good. This condo is in Tower 1, which is the closest one to the MGM Grand, so it's just an easy walk to the casino via an enclosed moving walkway. It was really nice not having the casino right downstairs because everything was so quiet, and because there's no smoking at the Signature, it was great not to have to walk through plumes of smoke on our way back to the room. When you stay here, can use all the MGM and Signature pools. The MGM lazy river pool looked very crowded - but it also looked like fun. The Signature Tower 1 pool was very small, however. We ate at three of the restaurants in the MGM Grand: the Grand Buffet, which was fine for a buffet; the Grand Wok, which I liked very much, but portions were a little small; and the Cafe/Coffee Shop style restaurant, which I wouldn't return to. We really enjoyed our stay here and can't wait to return!
