Our Lakeside Village condo is the largest 1 bedroom studios in Keystone with Mountain and Lake Views. The condo is over 750 sq feet (compared to the average 1 bedroom in Keystone is approx 520 sq feet). Our location is perfect for everyone because it's situated in a serene setting away from the typical crowds in the larger Keystone condominiums, but still only a short walk (1/4 mile) to RiverRun + 2 minute walk to Lakeside Village activities. We should also mention that our Condo only has 24 units divided across 4 sections + only 2 condo units per floor-- avoid crowds, noise, and clutter of River Run!. Bring the family, dog, Kids, and leave your stress behind!
If you are attending a conference in Keystone Conference Center, then you're a 5 minute walk through serene trail. We often have conference attendees stay at our condo throughout the summer and winter, and the location convenience is ideal.
You could stay at RiverRun, but don't forget your ear plugs! Don't be fooled into RiverRun where its crowded, noisy well into the night, tiny condo space + sq footage, no privacy (balconies overlooking balconies), and longer walks to the slopes than advertised. Imagine being able to walk outside being in front of your favorite skiing/snowboarding spots, ice skating, biking, hiking, and much, much more. We are part of the Lakeside Village condos, so you are steps away from winter + summer activities.
Do you like to roast marshmallows or smores on a real fireplace? Our condo has a wood burning fireplace to enhance the perfect romantic evening. Free firewood is readily available for instant romance or marshmallowing, and if you run out of wood from our balcony, our service will haul it to your unit on-demand for FREE.
Which do you prefer-- mountain and lake views or looking into someone's balcony? If you prefer the former, our condo has the perfect tranquil setting that you will never forget. Our deck provides views for all ages or enjoy a simple sun spot without the noise of the other condo’s crowds and the privacy of grilling on a balcony without anyone in sight.
You're on vacation and shouldn’t have to wait in line to use the Jacuzzi in a crowded condo building (See RiverRun or Silverthorne). Our Lakeside condo has a full and large recreational facility built for just 24 units! The condo has lots of free amenities and activities including:
• Free Shuttle to Keystone and Breckenridge ski resort directly behind the condo. ( you could walk to Keystone Mountain Base, but the shuttle is just another convenience factor than walking in your ski boots).
• Walking distance to restaurants and shops around the Keystone Lake Village. These are steps away, but located where the noise doesn't impede your privacy like RiverRun.
• Access to Keystone Lake for ice skating in the winter and paddle boats and canoes in the summer. Keystone Adventure Center is only steps away. Keystone Lake is the largest outdoor, zambonie maintained ice skating rink. Its huge! Rockefeller Plaza times 10.
• Large Playgrounds for the children are right behind the condo in large open space area (volleyball courts and mtn bike play park too).
• Biking trails are right outside the condo. Take a trail from our condo all the way to Dillon, Breckenridge, or Frisco.

Avid snowboarder, mountain biker, kayaker, hiker. Love snow and summer sports in the mountains. Also enjoy sailing, water skiing, surfing, snorkeling, running, weightlifting. Big college football fan (Florida Gators). Love my family-- wife, kids, dog!
Why the Owner Chose Keystone Village, Lakeside Village
I love Keystone and Summit County. In the winter, Keystone is less crowded than other resorts like Breckenridge and Vail, and hit is more economical. Keystone has more advanced terrain, including the Outback with accessible hike-ins that are still in boundary for the resort.
In summer, Keystone has mountain biking trails on the mountain, where you can take the lift up, and choose varying levels of difficulty on the ride down (or you can choose to bike up as well). It is close to Dillon Reservoir for boating and sailing and very accessible to 14'er hikes too.
I love this place. I wish I could live here full time, but work in Denver calls me back.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Easy access to snowboarding, skiing, mountain biking, hiking. Down the road from Dillon Reservoir for great sailing and boating. In the winter, Lake Keystone becomes a HUGE outdoor ice skating rink. Our dog loves the open space the condo presents, and hiking around Lake Keystone. All our neighbors love dogs too!

We were very happy with our stay in August 2011. The value is the best we have found and it is convenient to all Summit County has to offer. We were spending the month and please to find a pet friendly condo for my husband and I and our dog Bella. The condo met all our expectations as it is in a great location for summer and winter....bus pick up to slopes/village, shops/restaurants, Summit county bike/walk trail and Snake River all within a stones throw! We definitely will be back!

My family and I (wife, 2 teens and a dog) stayed at this location in mid March. The condo is right near everything, the lake, the slopes, many restaurants. The condo itself was equipped with everything we needed, including paper towels, salt / pepper, etc., pots / pans, even a grill, which was fun to use when it was snowing in March. You also have access to the pool and jacuzzi, which is pretty neat to be swimming inside in warmth, while it's snowing hard just outside. While we didn't use the buses, they are also right outside the condos. Another great feature of this location are all of the sidewalks. We were able to just walk around in the snow, taking amazing pictures. The condo also has lots of board games, which we used each night. It was truly a great family bonding experience. Thanks for allowing us to stay there.

We stayed during Spring Break of 2011, my wife and 2 kids (ages 8 and 13) enjoyed this condo immensely. The location was very convenient, the condo was cozy and the fire place was awesome. It had everything we needed and it exceeded out expectations. I doubt there's a better VALUE in Keystone. Thank YOU!!!

This is the perfect place for a couple, with pets, or perhaps a child or two if you don't mind them staying in the same room with you. The condo itself is very spacious, the bedroom and living room are connected, but again for the couple it is perfect. The owner was very accomodating, not only allowing our lab "Dixie", but me being military, I received orders sending me to training for the time I was going to be at the Condo. Jordan was very gracious to allow us to simply change our dates. The bus picks up just below the window, you simply walk around the building and down a few steps. Parking is literally just outside the door. The ice rink is walking distance. My wife and I are expecting our first child and I'm deploying, otherwise we would stay here again this year.

The condo lived up to the expectations that were in your description. The views were amazing. We sat and happily worked, while we weren't snowboarding, from the dining area gazing out at the mountain views! The location was perfect. It was close to the slopes of Keystone and a really nice walk to the pond and stores. The natural fireplace was a great feature that we used everyday. I would defintely rent this condo again! We had a great stay in CO. We needed a pet friendly place to stay, so this was perfect. This was our first time using a private rental and we could not have asked for anybody more friendly and flexible. Perfect location to take the kids for their first ski trip, and we also got some ice skating and tubing in. We can't wait to come back. Thanks for everything.

I was very pleased with the location of the condo. The shuttle bus is steps away and you can be on a lift in about 6 minutes. Nice size kitchen with roomy dining with a mountain view. Enjoyed a fire each night with real logs! Will definitely book this place again on future trips.

My husband and I had a great time at your condo. It was a nice location, close to the resort but far enough off to be secluded. The trail at the lake next door was great for walking our dogs and for watching the ice skaters. Great place!
