Guests can enjoy a fire in the wood-burning fireplace, while watching a DVD or satellite TV on the large flat-screen television.
A gourmet will love the professional chef's kitchen, which features a Viking gas range, Vermont soapstone countertops and a large breakfast nook that is just off the dining room, providing additional seating for eight. An outdoor deck with seasonal seating and gas barbeque is accessible from both the dining room and kitchen.
The family room is located on the lowest level of the house and provides a place to relax and play board games, watch TV and listen to music.
