This spacious newer home in a secluded area features four large bedrooms, a Cabana with full bath, courtyard with heated pool privately enclosed that opens into three areas of the home through sliding glass doors, and furnishings by a decorator. There are 6 TVs, 2 stereos, and 4 DVD players, and wireless internet. There are also board games and a ping pong table.
Sleeping arrangements: (1) Master Bedroom has a King bed, full bath and whirlpool tub; (2) Double room has two Queen beds and a sleeper sofa; (3) Large bedroom has a Queen bed and full bath; (4) Cabana has a King bed and full bath. Two of the bedrooms open into the courtyard/pool area. The all new bedding makes for especially comfy sleeping.
The large open kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and cooking utensils; everything needed to cook even for large groups. A round, glass top table and bar with stools seat 8 people. There is also a brand new gas grill and plenty of seating beside the swimming pool for cookouts. The beautiful dining room glass top table seats 8 people.
The scenic short (7 min.) walk to the beach and lagoon through lush greenery is a photographer's dream. Sports enthusiasts enjoy the beautiful golf course, twenty plus tennis courts, bike trails and kayaking and fishing on the 11-mile lagoon. Naturalists love hiking and viewing the bountiful island wildlife. Deer are often seen on the lawn right beside the house. Shopping and restaurants of every kind are everywhere. There's something for everyone here.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
After vacationing in Hilton Head, we fell in love with the Island. It is a beautiful place to be and there is something for everyone to do. My husband is a golfer, my son loves to fish in the nearby lagoon, my daughter enjoys the pool, and I get to play tennis. We all love the beach which is just a short walk from the house. We also enjoy bike riding around the resort.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The fully-enclosed courtyard boasts a beautiful swimming pool, providing total privacy yet open to the sunshine and the stars at night. Very romantic.
