Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
Our family started vacationing on Hilton Head in 1981. We fell in love with the Island then and made a decision to invest in a home we could use now and in our retirement. Our three boys have had tremendous experiences here; fishing boating golfing and playing tennis.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We try to use as many of the amenities as we can, but particularly love to play golf and tennis and use the beach.

My wife and I grew up in the New York Metropolitan area. We have lived in Central New Jersey for 35 years. We have three grown sons who have grown up spending lots of time on Hilton Head. We're looking forward to retiring in a few years and spending our winters in Hilton Head
