Our unit is located only 1 mile east of Pier Park shopping center home of excellent shopping, restaurants ( home of Jimmy Buffet's Margarittaville ) Rave movie theater etc.
Our prices for weekly & monthly rentals are all inclusive of all taxes and end of stay maid service and we are well below on-site rental company. We do not hide any extras! The price you see is the price you pay. Do not be fooled. For nightly rentals ( 3 night minimum ) add 10.5% tax and $90 cleaning fee.
This incredible unit sleeps 6 easily without anyone having to sleep on the floor. This unit comes with pillow top/memory foam mattresses ( King in Master & Queen in guest ) & 400+ count sheets for the ultimate in sleep comfort. All rooms have TV's & DVD players for your entertainemnt along with a Sony stero system. This unit has everything to make your stay enjoyable.

We had a great time in this condo! The view is amazing, and the beach has such easy acess! Parking is also great, and everything you will need is close by! I'll stay here every time I come to Panama City!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The condo is beautiful and is in a great location. They did have one of the pools closed for repairs and they were also doing some balcony repairs. It was quite noisy, but luckily the weather was great and we were at the beach at the time they were working. We had no complaints whatsoever. It was a great vacation. We would definitely stay there again. Especially Panama City Beach.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I was so apprehensive about not going through a rental company. Mike was reassuring the entire time, answering all of my crazy questions and returning all of my calls promptly. The unit is actually nicer than the pictures show. It had everything we needed and was INCREDIBLY comfortable!! We didn't want to leave. I would recommend this unit to everyone. I can't wait to go back!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
