Aloha~Why should you stay in our ground floor unit? Pride of Ownership Shows! We have decorated our 1300 square foot unit with everything top of the line~ Our unit shows like a model. The art is great~ The bedding is the Best! Very Tasteful. Our unit features dual master suites opposite sides of the living room. The kitchen is simply amazing and we have added everything we think you might need.

The living room is very comfortable with a gorgeous queen size sleeper sofa, chair and plasma t.v. with cd/dvd. Black-out shades are throughout unit for late sleep-ins. The dining room has seating for four and there is an island breakfast area. The master bedrooms have lanais outside with sitting areas and a large grass area for the kids.

Each bedroom is designed as a master suite including 2 Heavenly King beds with luxury linens. Each room is equipped with a flat screen LCD TV. There is a private outdoor eating and grass area off of the living room. We are located just a half a minute from main lobby and a half minute to pool and beach. This ground level unit is perfect if you like the indoor/outdoor feeling.

  • This gorgeous brand new 2 master suite 3 bath almost oceanfront stunning unit is located at the beautiful Waipouli Beach Coastline between the old town of Kapaa and Wailua. This first class resort is your own Paradise! Location Location…~ Just steps from the White Sandy Beaches Of Kauai.The Quality inside and out is The Best I have ever seen~ The resort has a two acre pool with two water slides, several water falls, a snack bar, a pool bar. My favorite is one of the many Sand Bottom Hot Tubs and Small childs Sand pool~!In addition there is an award wining Aveda Spa inside the hotel which offers all the pampering you might need. There are several locations indoor and outdoor where you might enjoy a massage~ Under a Hut or on the Beach! Opening in 2007 will be a 5 star restaurant. Walk Everywhere~!

  • This was a truly amazing accommodation in a centrally located part of Kauai. The location is fantastic as you are right in the middle of everything. The room was spacious with new furnishings and appliances...very posh and very comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and I loved the bar on the beach. This place provided me with my most memorable vacation to date. When I return to Kauai I hope to stay here again!

    Danielle, Erica and I just got back from the bar at the pool. My aunt Trudi told me she talked to you about the new furnature that was delivered. We love everything so much here! Your condo is so fancy! We have never stayed in such a nice place. Thank you so much for letting us stay here. I would like to plan a trip back here for our anniversary on Sept. 2 Our boys love the water slides. This place is perfect! I'm so glad that we have 10 days here.

  • I thought I had stayed in the best while working for the St. Regis Hotels, but this one is the top of the list! Loved all the wonderful top of the line features. I did not rent a car on this trip and could walk to everthing I needed. FABULOUS!
