We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Waipouli Beach Resort. This condo unit was wonderful! Very well stocked, clean and bright. We spent our days taking in the many various activities on Kauai and spent our evenings in and around the resort. The hot tubs with sandy bottoms were luxurious and well enjoyed following our adventures. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for above average accommodations! Special thanks to Sheila - the property manager - for responding to the few inquiries we did have.

This place far exceeded our expectations and I will reccomend it to further persons. The best vacation we have ever had with our two young children and mother aged 9yrs & 7yrs and 65yrs respectively. It was a vacation for all ages!!

The condo was great! It was spacious and fit our needs really well. The swimming pool is amazing and our two small children loved it! It was handy to have the shopping center across the street for groceries, meals and shopping. The owners were very good to deal with and the contact on the island was helpful during our stay. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Thanks so much for sharing your piece of paradise with us! We really enjoyed our stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. The pool was fantastic and the beach is beautiful. We did not go swimming there because of the rocks but the kids played in the sand and we just enjoyed the beauty and serenity of the ocean. The condo has everything you need-comfortable, nicely decorated, top of the line finishings and appliances, VERY WELL STOCKED! Thank you for being so accommodating and pleasant to deal with. We had one minor issue and Sheila took care of it right away. She was also very kind and helpful. We were amazed with beauty of wonders of Kauai and look forward to going back again!

We had a wonderful time and the convience and location could not of been better. Everything was well stocked and we never ran out of supplies paper products, detergent, soap, etc. Condo was exceptionally well cleaned and maintained. Owner was helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Great places to shop and eat nearby. We liked Olympic Cafe, Chicken-n-Barrel, Pau Hana Bar & Grill (right across the street), I also liked meatballs and penne at BobbyVs, and we had great steaks and seafood at Hukilau Lanai. Best souvenir prices at Coconut Marketplace. Best snorkeling at Tunnels and Poipu Beach. My husband says this is the best vacation we have had together.

This was an amazing trip for us. A special anniversary shared with two couples. The unit and resort were awesome. The patio and access to the ground floor suited us perfectly. Close to the pool and grills for cooking. Owners were friendly and accomodating. We also enjoyed convenient walking access to the grocery store and restaurants. Coconut Coast location allowed us to golf both the south, north and east side of the island. Great beaches were a car ride away. Recommending it to friends....

Thank you for making your condo available. We literally just got back to the mainland and are scheming about going back again ASAP! The photos of the condo are spot-on and it had everything we needed. Luxurious bedding, kitchen stocked, boogie boards of all sizes, a sun-brella, cooler, beach towels, beach backpack and pool toys and floaties. The ground floor was perfect for our group (2 couples with 3 year olds)...easy to haul in/out groceries, beach gear, etc and the kids could run around on the grass while we enjoyed a cocktail. The market and restaurants w/in walking distance were handy. And...last but not least the POOL was fantastic. The location is not perfect for people that want handy swimming beaches nearby (especially with toddlers) but Poipu was a short drive away. Much Mahalo, Group of 4 adults/2 toddlers from Oregon.

We just got back from an absolutely perfect vacation at your condo. What a beautiful place to stay, both inside and the entire resort. The pools, the grounds and the beach were so good it almost made it impossible to go out on day trips. A bit busy on the coconut coast, mainly due to road construction, but it was a perfect location being central on the island. It made it easy to get to both the North and South coast, whenever we needed to. Our family of 4 (kids 10 and 8) thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend your unit to anyone. Mahalo :)

The condo is on the 1st floor and opens up to a beautiful lawn area where we played for hours with our active grandchild- perfect for our situation. The condo is very spacious, beautifully accommodated and was very comfortable for our party of 4 adults and grandchild. The two master suites provided the privacy and space that worked very well with our 2 families sharing the unit. The resort is beautifully landscaped and has a great pool for adults and children. We spent many hours in the very large baby pool with a sandy bottom. The resort is conveniently located on the beach near shopping and restaurants but the kitchen is also great for those meals that you want to cook yourself. You will have everything you need for meal preparation and cleanup. We looked around the island in our travels and did not see anything that looked as nice as this resort. It was perfectly landscaped and maintained which made it easy to relax and unwind. I would highly recommend this condo. The owners were great to work with and we loved every minute of it! Property was gorgeous, with every ammenity we could ask for, including a portable crib for our baby and beach toys/inflatabe floaties for the kids. We loved the ground floor unit with private grass area outside. The owner and his wife are wonderful to work with, and we hope to visit this particular unit again.

This was a truly amazing accommodation in a centrally located part of Kauai. The location is fantastic as you are right in the middle of everything. The room was spacious with new furnishings and appliances...very posh and very comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and I loved the bar on the beach. This place provided me with my most memorable vacation to date. When I return to Kauai I hope to stay here again!

Danielle, Erica and I just got back from the bar at the pool. My aunt Trudi told me she talked to you about the new furnature that was delivered. We love everything so much here! Your condo is so fancy! We have never stayed in such a nice place. Thank you so much for letting us stay here. I would like to plan a trip back here for our anniversary on Sept. 2 Our boys love the water slides. This place is perfect! I'm so glad that we have 10 days here.

I thought I had stayed in the best while working for the St. Regis Hotels, but this one is the top of the list! Loved all the wonderful top of the line features. I did not rent a car on this trip and could walk to everthing I needed. FABULOUS!
