Amenities include a full kitchen with updated appliances, pool table, televisions in all bedrooms, screened-in porch and outside deck equipped with an astroturf putting surface in this over 2,200 square foot house. All mattresses and bedding are top of the line in quality. Bed configuration: 7 full, 1 twin plus queen pull out sofa.
Comfortably furnished and located just minutes from the center of the Village of Pinehurst, this home sleeps up to 10. The ranch style and floor plan provides a central entertaining area, surrounded by 4 bedrooms, all with HDTVs. The home also has wireless internet and Ipod/Iphone music docking station.
The living room with dining area is a great space to relax to enjoy your favorite movie, golf tournament or TV program on the 42-inch flat panel HD TV. A game room with pool table is located next to the kitchen where you can play cards.
The master suite has two full beds and a private sitting room, with access to the screened-in porch. The attached master bath has one sink and a tub with shower combination. The second bedroom has two full size beds and the third bedroom has a twin and full bed. There is a bathroom with tub and shower combination in the hallway. The fourth bedroom is located on the other side of the home, providing extra privacy and contains two full beds. The attached bathroom is complete with a tub and shower combination.
For any extra guests, the sofa in the main living room has a pull-out full bed for extra comfort. A main level laundry room, with washer and dryer, is available for your use. For those coming back from long days playing golf, there is a full bathroom with stand-up shower inside the garage and can be directly accessed from outside the house. Ping pong table in garage. There is off-street parking available in a two-car garage and driveway. Please note that no pets or smoking are allowed, to preserve the highest quality accommodations for our guests.

The house was great! Perfect location. Very clean. More than enough room for everyone. I'd recommend it to anyone.

My 5 star rating is based on getting what I expected and wanted for a golf outing, a big house in a family, friendly neighborhood near everything you would want related to golf. If you are coming to play golf with a group of guys for a few days this is your place.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

This might not be the home you invite a group of executives to so you can "show off", but for a group of golfers looking for a comfortable place to stay, at an affordable price, with all the amenities, this home was perfect. Wifi, pool table, ping pong table, poker stuff, grill, and convenient location. Everything we used worked, and everything was clean. We brought 8 golfers, and every golfer had their own bed (full or queen, can't remember). My friends and I wanted to make weekend trips to Pinehurst a bi-annual thing, and this home gives us hope that we can continue the tradition without breaking the bank.
