Enjoy fabulous views of Perdido Pass and Terry Cove from the balcony! Watch the dolphins play or the fishing boats heading out Perdido Pass to the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful grounds in a quiet, tranquil setting. Located minutes from the beach, restaurants, shopping and activities with boating and fishing right outside your front door. The night lights of the beach, boats and marinas are wonderful, a pleasant contrast from the blackness of a direct gulf view. What more could you ask for.

Wonderful winter getaway for Snowbirds! The Orange Beach Public Library and Senior Activity Center are right down the road. This area caters to temporary winter residents
Our condo is nicely decorated, well furnished and very comfortable, complete with tile floors and ceiling fans throughout. You will find all the comforts of home with everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. A washer and dryer and storage closet is located in the unit. The Living room has a Queen Sofa bed, Entertainment center with TV, DVD and Stereo. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed with a private bath and access to the balcony. The Second Bedroom has a Queen Sized Bed and an attached bathroom, which has a handicap accessible bath/shower with hand rails. High Speed internet and Cable TV is also provided. The complex has two elevators.
Marina slips and docks are for residents, but there's no problem bringing your boat or wave runner. You can keep them at the beach shore area and launches are minutes away (see boat access picture attached)
Orange Beach is a fisherman's paradise. The area is one of the premier off-shore saltwater fishing sites in the country. Fish for blue marlin, yellow fin tuna, amberjack, cobia, red snapper and more. Located less than 5 minutes to the gulf for off-shore fishing or if you prefer, you can drop a line from shore.
Shop at the Tanger Outlet Center or visit the Wharf. The Wharf is located a few miles away, with its marina, amphitheater, Ferris wheel and shopping complex. Concerts are booked with famous artists most every weekend.
Places to visit, Gulf Shores Zoo, Pensacola Naval Air Station - see the Blue Angels, take a car ferry across Mobile Bay. Visit Mobile, Fairhope, Biloxi or New Orleans. There are several amusement and water parks for the kids. Not to mention the many white sand beaches to enjoy.
If golf is your game, you will find championship caliber golf a stroke away. The many courses will meet and challenge every level of skill.
Music abounds here. Live music can be found at many locations, from early afternoon into the evening. The Wharf is located a few miles away, with its marina, amphitheater, Ferris wheel and shopping complex. Concerts are booked with famous artists most every weekend.

Why the Owner Chose Back Bay Resort
My husband and I live in Minnesota - our winters can get pretty long. Being from Minnesota we love the water and we are particularly fond of the gulf. We found the Alabama beaches about 10 winters ago and fell in love with the area, so we purchased our condo as a vacation retreat and hopefully a retirement home. Orange Beach Alabama is truly a vacationers paradise and a lovely place to live. Beautiful white sand beaches, great food, fishing, activities galore. We love the laidback lifestyle. Our condo has a panaramic view unlike anything we have ever seen. There is always something going on in the water to watch - Dolphins, boaters,water sports etc or just the entrancing water views. Our pool is also unbelievable. There's no better place to relax and have fun.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
As I mentioned our pool is great - one of the best around. The views are breathtaking. There are great beaches and we like to boat and ride our motorcycle. We are close to all activities. We love to day trip to Pensacola, Bon Secour, Fairhope and Mobile. We enjoy morning strolls on the beach.We are also a close distance to Biloxi to do a little gambling and enjoy a trip to the French Quarter in New Orleans. We also enjoy all of the festivities and music available in this area. Oh - and I can't forget the Shrimp! Whenever we are in Alabama - we just can't get enough of the fabulous Gulf Shrimp.
Back Bay Resort is located on beautiful Terry Cove with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. There are many marinas and public launches within minutes for your boating pleasure. Our condo is on the 6t

For the adults the famous Florabama - on the Florida/Alabama border. Great music, drinks and local charm/characters. Just a mile east as the crow flies

When you are done relaxing at the pool and want to get some sand in your toes - Several lovely public beach accesses are only a 5 minute drive away.

We are having a great time. We rented a boat for two days and explored the bays. Everything is great! Coolest July I ever remember. Could not find the fish but they did open the pier and fishing seemed good there. We will rent again Just a note. We are safe at home. All went well! Very nice trip. Very nice condo!

Well our month at your nice roomy condo went fast & we are back in Wisconsin after a day and a half of hard driving we managed to beat the snowstorm home. Yes, we did see dolphins swimming by several times from our balcony & also saw Pelicans in a feeding frenzy once. Neat!
