Waterview Two is on Park Row, the premiere location in WaterColor located south of 30-A with privacy and spectacular views. This home has 5 + bedrooms, 5.5 baths, sleeps 10-12 and has 3,600 square feet indoors plus three levels of outdoor entertaining and relaxing space.

Waterview Two is part of the Sunburst Luxury Collection, a high service and amenity segment within Sunburst Beach Vacations that provides a luxury resort experience with all of the benefits...privacy, space and freedom...of a private home. You will be able to enjoy private bedrooms and baths, two large common areas, a full kitchen plus an indoor/outdoor entertainment area and at the same time enjoy the amenities and service you would receive at a 5-star hotel.

The rates are inclusive (with exception of taxes) and include 6 bikes, beach chair setups (2 chairs with umbrella) and beach towels. You will all have your own personal concierge who will meet you upon arrival and can assist you with advice on the area and activities that can be custom tailored to meet your needs and interests. Let us make your restaurant reservations, set up your golf tee time (including access to a local private course), arrange a baby sitter or have fresh flowers waiting for you on arrival. (Note: Fees apply to some services such as golf and other independent activities.) Rates also include a full mid week clean (5+ night stays only) and the departure clean. Daily tidy ups can be arranged for an additional fee.

This home boasts two master suites with king beds, an elevator, indoor/outdoor kitchen/entertaining area/"Man Cave" with 2 TVS, built in gas grill, ice maker, full sized beer tap, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, hot/cold outdoor shower for washing off after a long day at the beach. There is a one car garage with ample parking for additional cars on the cul-de-sac. Enjoy stunning sunsets year around from your expansive porches. Ground Floor: Indoor / outdoor “Man Cave” occupies the second garage bay. Paved in brick with walls lined with chalk boards, this room offers opportunities to entertain your family and guests while cooking dinner on the gas grill. There are 2 LCD TVs, table with 2 chairs, Adirondacks both inside and outside, beer tap, ice maker and outdoor wood burning fireplace. The other garage bay holds the 6 bikes and can fit one car. Once you enter the house, there is a laundry room with Bosch front loader washer / dryer, laundry sink, mini frig and ice maker. First queen bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, built-in armoire for clothing storage, and door opening to shared bath. Bath has limestone vanity sink and tub/shower. The second bedroom on this floor has two twin beds, bedside table with lamp, large closet, and chest of drawers. The third bedroom is a queen with built-in armoire for clothing storage, 2 bedside tables with 2 lamps and private bath with limestone vanity sink and walk-in shower.

Second Floor: This floor a large open kitchen, living, dining area, expansive covered porch with outdoor dining and a King Master Suite (one of two). The kitchen has Sub-Zero frig, Wolf 6-burner range, Wolf microwave, Bosch dishwasher, deep kitchen sink, custom cabinetry and marble countertops. The dining table seats eight and has a convenient side board next to it for serving. The living area has a sofa with lounging section, comfortable side chair, reading lamp, coffee table, gas log fireplace, LCD TV, DVD and mini bar with small frig and ice maker. Three sets of French doors open to a covered porch with four comfortable chairs for relaxation and a tall table with 5 chairs for outdoor dining. Enjoy both lake views through the forest and gulf views to the south. The spectacular sunsets will amaze you year round. Powder room off kitchen. King master suite on this floor has 2 bedside table, 2 lamps, dresser, LCD TV, closet and private bath with soaking tub, walk-in shower and his/hers sinks.

Third Floor: King Master Suite with private balcony overlooking Western Lake occupies the majority of the third floor. This bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, dresser, LCD TV, large bench seat, large walk-in closet with built-in drawers, private balcony with gulf views and lake views, and a large private bath soaking tub, walk-in shower and his/hers vanity sinks. There is also an office/sitting room on this floor with door for privacy just in case someone in the group has to get some work done. This room has a queen sleeper sofa, built-in desk, closet and a private bath with tub/shower and vanity sink.

WaterColor’s spectacular walking trails through the woods are just across the street. The beach and Beach Club pool are just 335 walking steps.
