This is a great place to take a family for skiing. Ski in ski out is the only way to go. Condo was clean and comfy. The condo was exactly as described in the listing. I would recommend this place. The rec center was a plus especially for the kids. The only downside is you cannot count on the lift at the base of Sunrise to be open everyday so then you have to drive to another base.
Owner response:The Sunrise lift runs daily mid-season but depends on Mother Nature to do her part for early and late season operation. Please call for info if booking early or late season times.

My husband and I just came back from an extra long weekend with our two teenage sons and a couple of their friends. This was an absolute perfect location....truly ski on ski off with plenty of room for all of us to have our own space. Loved the entry way that has an area for all the ski equipment, jackets, etc. In addition, the large master bedroom had wonderful views and the extra bonus of the sauna was fantastic after all day of skiing. House is extremely clean and well maintained. Will definitely be coming back!!

Writing this review as I sit in the living room of this wonderful townhouse. Our family included 7 adults and 2 children. The house was just as described on the website - slept 8 in the bedrooms and 1 on the pullout sofa. Having 3 bathrooms and a washer/dryer was great. The living room was a bit small for everyone to gather in the evenings and the kitchen could have a few more pots/pans for cooking. Ski slope very close by and the hot tub at the rec ctr was very nice. Overall, had a great time and would definitely rent this home again if returning to killing ton. Owner was great to work with!

We were 6 adults and 2 children staying in this condo, and we have nothing to complain about. The condo was very nice, (there were two adults in each room, and the kids stayed with their parents in one), the Sunrise village was nice, the pool in the reception area was wonderful for the kids, (although it required a short walk to get there), and the skiing Killington had to offer at the end of March was lovely. The slopes right behind the village, and the lift that came with it was perfect for our beginner skiiers, however, to go on skis to the rest of the mountain was a little intimidating for them. Since it was the end of the season, parking at the mountain was not a problem at all though, (and just a 5 minute drive away). Overall we had a great stay, and my family, that is from Europe, and has skied for many years over there, was very happy with Killington and how everything worked out. The owner was very accomodating, and if the opportunity arises, we will defnitley come back another year.

What a great place to stay for skiing. It is just a short walk to the slopes, put your skis on and go. The ski in ski out is the best!!! The condo has everything you need. We loved the sauna after a long day of skiing. The kids enjoyed the pool at the rec center. We stayed from 2/11/09 - 2/16/09. The skiing was great and the crowds were minimal considering it was President's Day weekend. We look forward to staying here next year!! Thanks

The earlier comments well describe the presentation and amenities of this vacation rental. We were there from Jan. 2-9,'09 and totally enjoyed being in the unit and working with the landlord. We will definitely look to rent this unit in the future.

Wow! What a way to spend the New Year- we really lucked out with this place! The location is perfect- Leaving the car parked and heading straight onto the slopes is as good as it gets...then you realize it just gets better as you ski right back to the condo to relax in the sauna! The owners are friendly and easy to deal with. My only criticism is that the pictures don't do this warm and cozy condo justice! Thanks for a great stay- Cheers!

We stayed here December 21-25, 2008, and we enjoyed ourselves very much. The owner was clear and efficient, even calling on the night of our arrival to make sure everything was in order. The location is on Killington mountain, requiring a 50-yard walk (slightly uphill) to reach the ski trail. We came home most days for lunch without a problem. The condo was perfectly-suited for our family of six, with three bedrooms (one queen bed, two twins, and a twin bunk bed). The bunk bed room had an extra sleeper for one more. The master bedroom also included a sauna (very nice) and a 2-4 person jacuzzi. The jacuzzi would have taken at least an hour to fill, so we never tried it. The living space was the right size for us as well, including two small couches in front of the TV and fireplace, and a dining table for six. The kitchen was well-appointed and contained everything we needed. Everything was clean and well-prepared for us. Towels and bedding were included. There is unlimited firewood available in the parking lot. We did not use the recreation center, because it required a short drive to reach. There is no supermarket in the area, so stop in Ludlow on your way up (20 miles south).

We stayed at the condo from March 11- 16 / 2007. The property is well kept, clean and communication with Bob (owner) is easy and clear. Impressions - great views of the surrounding hills from the master and living rooms - plenty of room - fireplace and BBQ were a bonus - the location is quiet and convenient. Stephen McShane
