We own two houses side by side if you have a group see VRBO#19554 also. It is next door to this house with connecting gate. I also have a third house a couple miles away VRBO #250607.
This is a beautiful newly remodeled home with over 2700 sq. ft. This is a great entertaining house for responsible guests in a quiet family neighborhood. Remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops, new cabinets and all stainless steel appliances. A very nice sky light over the sink provides lots of light for a cheery kitchen. Family room with gas fireplace and great view of patio and hot tub with gazebo. Granite top bar overlooking kitchen.
Pool room has pool table and lots of room. New large master bedroom suite with large master bath, double sinks and makeup vanity, large glass block shower and large jetted tub. Bedroom #2 queen bed and private large bath with two sinks, large shower and own private entrance. Bedroom #3 has two queen beds. Bedroom #4 has twin bed. Bedromm #5 has fold up bed and Wifi High Speed throughout. All bedroom have TV with cable and ceiling fan in most rooms.
Nice large grassy back yard for children to play with large covered patio and large sky lights for added light. Also has ceiling fan and gas grill. NO SMOKING IN HOUSE. Smoking is allowed in front court yard and back patio.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
It was just a nice house next door with a lovely pool. We bought it for a rental and set it up as a vacation rental in 2003. Las Vegas is the place to play. So there are always plenty of guests coming to Las Vegas.
The Unique Benefits at this House
You can snow ski at Mount Charleston and water ski at Lake Mead and all in the same day. Where else in the world can you be so lucky. Better odds that the casinos.

We have both lived in Las Vegas for over 40 years when the town was still small and the mob still ran the strip. Boy do I have stories. My teammates and I were in Las Vegas for Rose Regatta Dragon Boat Festival. We needed a place that's not too far from the lake and not too far from the strip. Judy's house is the perfect location! This house is very neat, clean in a quiet neighborhood. We had to prepare lunch for our race right after we arrived and we did find everything that we needed in the kitchen! After the race the next day, we invited other teammates who stayed in the hotel for a celebration party, everyone kept telling me that this house is so much better than the hotel. My team will try to rent both Judy's house next time when we come here to race. It was a wonderful experience!

upon arrival people before us left late but house was ready on time. the care takers with it being hot let us come in and cool down earlier than supposed to while they finished up. while there one shower went bad was fixed in 2 hours of notification. the house it self was beautiful and well taken care of and well stocked with utensils and cookware. over all was extremely happy just wish we could have stayed longer.

A Wonderful, Well Accommodating Home

We needed a home that would accommodate a large group of people and two dogs for a wedding in Vegas, this house was perfect! We were greeted with the local managers that live right next door, they were very personable and friendly and even gave us a bottle of Champagne for the happy couple. We did hit a bit of a problem with the doorknob, apparently they had been having trouble with it and the previous renters were instructed not to lock it, but did anyways. The manager rushed over as quickly has he could and lets us in and then replaced the knob so the problem should be fixed, but that was the first and only problem with this home. The home it's self is beautiful and huge. We were easily able to fit people everywhere comfortably. The home is just far enough from the strip as to be peaceful, but close enough to quickly and easily get there. Is very close to drug and grocery stores for anything you may need. The neighborhood is very nice and the home is a short walk away from a nice park that our dogs enjoyed. The rooms were beautiful, specially the master, Overall our stay was nice and comfortable and if we ever need another home to stay in for a weekend in Vegas, we'll definitely be looking this one up again.
