Our condo is in Ma'alaea Village, a small, quiet area located at the isthmus of the island of Maui. It is located 15 miles south of Lahaina, and five miles north of Kihei on Maui's longest sandy beach.

Ma'alaea Yacht Harbor is just down the road, home to charters for sunset sails, scuba tours, diving, sightseeing, snorkeling trips and sportfishing for Marlin, Ahi, Ono and Mahi Mahi. In addition, there are shops, restaurants and the Maui Ocean Center -- the largest tropical aquarium in North America. Our condo is conveniently close to all popular Maui destinations, including world-class championship golf courses in Wailea and Ka'anapali.

Our two bedroom, two bath condo is 1,030 square feet and is located on the top floor of a four-story building. Our condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and is completely furnished, including a washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and all linens are supplied. The master bedroom has a king bed, and twin beds are in the second bedroom. In addition, a queen size Aerobed is provided and can be utilized in the living room. Our new stereo system includes an iPod dock, so you can bring your favorite music to enhance your stay.

The lanai overlooks the solar-heated, freshwater pool, a beautifully landscaped grassy courtyard and Ma'alaea Bay and provides a spectacular view of the islands of Kahoolawe and Molokini. The building sits right at the water's edge and our lanai is 60 paces from the sand. There are elevators in the building, as well as a beachside shower and BBQ's near the pool

  • Stayed here in Jan. 2007. Sip coffee and watch whales from the lanai. John and his leasing agent Kelly could not be more accommodating. Condo has miles of beach and seclusion just out the front door. Condo and property is very well maintained and condo is fully equipped for a nice dinner or day at the beach. It has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation.You can enjoy your meals on the Lanai and watch the beautiful sunsets and sunrise.You are only a few steps form the beach or the pool. The place is impeciable, nice furniture, very well maintained...the location is also excellent...close to all the major resort areas (Waileaa and LaHaina), but yet very private and best of all right on the beach!!
