The beds are furnished with 300 or higher thread count Egyptian cotton linens, and new super comfortable high quality mattresses. First Master suite with TV/DVD/CABLE...so you can really relax after a fun day on the beach. Second suite has TV/DVD/CABLE. Each suite has it's own attached bathroom and clothes closet for your convenience and complete privacy.
New sleeper sofa in the living room and 32" FLAT SCREEN TV/DVD sits on a BEAUTIFUL ELECTRIC FIREPLACE (nice for the chilly winter evenings) Two extra comfortable Lazy boy recliners and a rocking chair make this unit comfortable for 2 couples or a family of 5 or 6.
Kitchen has a new stove, microwave, dishwasher,full size refrigerator fully stocked with dishes & cookware . MARGARITAVILLE Frozen Concoction machine for all those frozen drinks! Full size WASHER/DRYER unit in the kitchen closet for your use.
Toys/games/DVD's available for those rainy days... pack and play & booster seat for the baby.
BEACH SERVICE available March-October. 2 wooden chaise loungers (with cushions) & beach umbrella are $100/week (6 days) or $25/day...paid to the beach boy. Just talk to the beach boy when you arrive and he will have them set up for you each morning when you get to the beach..

Why the Owner Chose Surfside Shores I & II
Hi! I live in the midwest but have always loved the beach. Since I worked for United Airlines I traveled the world and always wanted a beachfront condo. When I first discovered this 32 mile stretch of soft sugary white sand beach in Gulf Shores AL I knew I had found my piece of paradise. Gulf Shores is a resort town unlike most because it is not very crowded... but there is still a wide variety of entertainment,activities, sports,wonderful shopping, and restaurants. The people here are friendly and laid back. It's just the most wonderful place to visit or vacation as often as possible. We'd love to have you as our guests!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This condo is RIGHT ON the beach. No long walks to get there. You can always hear the waves crashing on the shore unless the doors are closed...and almost every day you'll see blue water and blue skies. Many days you can see schools of Dolphins performing as they swim past near the shore. It's always great to wake up and sit on the private balcony to enjoy breakfast or just do nothing. If you forget something you are within walking distance of Pier 33 or if you have a need for a burger you can walk down to Bahama Bob's. Otherwise you can stay put at the condo all week and just enjoy the sites, the beach, the pool and the private balcony.

Now I have three units at this complex and I enjoy renting them to people like you. I've traveled the world and this is one of the most beautiful peaceful places you'll ever visit.

We stayed in this condo 1/12/08 to 2/9/08. I am a very picky person when it comes to staying at places like this!! In fact I am a clean freak!! This condo was extremely clean and well maintained. It is decorated so nicely - very tropical:) I loved that the bed has french doors that also go out onto the big balcony, as from the living room also. Everynight we would open 1 door and listen to the gulf. Boy do we miss that!!! The views are incredible from the balcony. The location can't be beat. It is 1 mile from 59, where most of the resturants and stores are, yet where the condo is, it's very quiet and not nearly as busy and crazy if you go more east. Also, Ricky, the owner, is so helpful and kind. I feel like we've know her for years. I promise you won't be sorry if you rent this condo. It's perfect in every way:)

This condo was perfect, It had everything you would need. It was decorated beautifully, but more importantly it was comfortable. The building up keep very well. Wished we rented for the month. Very quiet. Take advantage of the great values of the month of November. Some noise from yearly building powerwashing but not disrupted, the beach and weather were wonderful. The fireplace was very inviting for the cool night. If you want to spend time with a special someone this is the condo for you . It really is a romantic getaway condo. Great place for honeymoon,anniversary or birthday. The owner was wonderful to work with. Hope to rent from her for 2 months next year. We will surely return to one of her condos.

My husband & I and two dear friends from TN stayed at this condo in September of this year and we were very pleased with our stay. The description and photos were accurate, everything was clean and up to date. We were so close to the beach and sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean was my favorite pastime. Very clean and accommodating. My toddlers loved the sand toy bag, and we did too because I was expecting to have to make a trip to the store to purchase some. We enjoyed our stay and Ms.Ricky is very easy to work with and trustworthy. Thanks for a great family vacation! We will definitely consider returing to this condo and Gulf Shores, AL in the future.

This condo is great! You have everything you need for a great stay at the beach, including a bag of toys for digging in the sand! The room is very clean and in a perfect location. Not too high up and not too low - just right! The elevator is right outside the door and only steps from the pool and beach. We loved it! I highly recommend this condo!

Our family came home from staying in this unit yesterday, and we are ready to return! This condo was just perfect for our family of four. As the other reviews have said, it is clean and well equipped. The view could not be improved upon, and the decor was perfect in my opinion. It has a beach feel without being overwhelming, and the colors were up to date and fresh. That may not matter to many, but it definitely added to our stay for me. There were great books, games, a pack and play - I could go on and on! We would definitely stay in this unit again!

March 21-26 2011 Ricky must be doing something right! This is the 4th year my family has stayed in one of her units. We were there 2011 when the tar balls came in. But that did not keep us from returning. We love this place. And you will too. My favorite things about Ricky's units are that the elevators are just outside of your door. And Surf Side is sooo close to the ocean. No long walk to the beach. There is plenty of room and she has everything you could possibly need. We did have to replace a few light bulbs, but there were plenty on hand. We had the most beautiful weather you could ask for---perfect all week. This was our 1st. trip south this early in the year. Booking is easy with Ricky. She was able to work us into a unit at the last minute. Don't miss THE HANG OUT, LAMBERTS and LU LU'S--Fun for all ages. Gulf Shores is good for all age groups.

We had a great time, our first at Gulf Shores. The condo was great. Right on the beach. You cannot get better ocean views. The condo was well equipped, very clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly as well. We would definitely recommend this condo. We also like the location, close to stores and restaurants but just far enough for privacy.
