The Grand Strand is one of the most popular vacation places in the United States, offering year round entertainment, golf, shopping and a climate that is simply perfect. Barefoot Resort has been named one of the nation's 100 best planned communities, with four championship golf courses, designed by renowned golf legends Greg Norman, Pete Dye, Tom Fazio and Davis Love. The later two courses are ranked top 100 courses in Golf Digest. The magnificent Yacht Club boasts a full service marina and the new Docksider's Grille nestled along the breathtaking Intra-coastal waterway just across our historic 1932 swing bridge from the famous Barefoot Landing, a Mecca of 100 unique shops, dining, live entertainment, waterway cruises and fun for all ages.
Guests are welcome at the Barefoot Golf Country Club and restaurant where you can enjoy lunch or cocktails inside or on the covered outdoor lanai overlooking the golf courses, ponds and wildlife. Our new Nike Golf Clinic is now open along with a Sports Bar, providing Barefoot with three onsite restaurants.
Our unit is a spacious, custom painted second floor oasis with all the amenities that you would ever need. There is a King or King-Swing in the master bedroom and two Twin beds in the second bedroom. It sleeps six with queen sized pull out couch. T.V in Master Bedroom with DVD. Deck,complete with wood rocking chairs, overlooks the fourth tee box on the Greg Norman course.
Want the beach? Grab the Barefoot Shuttle during the summer season and they'll drop you off right at the beach Cabana which is less than a mile away. Would you enjoy a community pool instead? The Cypress bend pool is less than fifty yards from your doorstep and the largest Pool in North Myrtle Beach is located on the Intercoastal Waterway a few yards away from Docksiders Bar/Restaurant.
If you have kids there is loads to do on the Grand Strand. Miniature Golf, Go- Carts, Amusement Parks, Water Slides, Ripley's, Alligator Adventure ... and all the wonderful beach sports. It's really a GREAT family town.
Nightlife? There are great clubs, shops and restaurants in and around Barefoot Landing which is at the entrance of The resort. The House of Blues, The Crab House, Alabama Theater, Dick's Last Resort, The Greg Norman Grill and Broadway at the Beach are minutes away. It's all HERE. Mark and Kathi, We had a wonderful time and the condo was exactly what we expected from the pictures. This was my husband and daughters first time in Myrtle Beach and the absolutely loved it. Mark & Kathi, Thank you so much for your generosity in arranging our stay at your Barefoot Resort Condo. Your condo was wonderful, it was just far away from everthing to just relax; and close enough to everything that Myrtle Beach has to offer like the Beach, restaurants, golfing, and shopping. THe condo had a very comfy feel when you walked in that just made you feel like you were right at home. Very spacious rooms, Nice size bedrooms, and a comfortable deck with chairs. Thank you for a pleasant and relaxing stay!!

Mark, Thanks for ensuring such a comfortable stay at your condo. The place is very lovely, and the living/dining area is spacious. I loved the rocking chairs in the back patio, and the kitchen was very nice and clean as well. The closest space in the master bdroom was amazing! Your place is in an ideal location on Barefoot Resort & centrally located for easy access to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer (i.e. shows, shops/malls, restaurants, the Beach, golfing, churchs, etc.).
