This second floor end unit is located off route 17 less than a mile north of Broadway at the Beach offering easy access to Myrtle Beach’s most popular attractions, restaurants and shopping.
Conveniently located just a mile from the beach, the villa is a relaxing destination nestled in the pines and palm trees surrounding the Myrtlewood Golf Club. From the balcony, enjoy views of the pool, lake, grill and picnic area, and the 7th green of the Pinehills Course.
I use onsite managment which makes getting keys and making payments a breeze. Also, if for any reason you have issues while you are there you can contact them. The managment company also gives you use of the BRAND-NEW Indoor Pool & Fitness Complex. The center features an Indoor Pool, Lazy River, Jacuzzi, Kiddie Pool with Splash Umbrellas, and Fitness Center.
Each of the two bedrooms features cable TV, a full bath, and the option to be configured as a king or two twin beds. The living room offers another cable TV and a queen size sleep sofa for additional guests. The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer.
Occupant must be 25 years of age. Maximum of six people permitted. All rooms are non-smoking. Pets, motorcycles, trailers, motor-homes and watercrafts are not permitted on property. Homeowner association rules and regulations apply to all guests.
