This Lovely condominium over looks the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the cool refreshing water of the pool at the Phoenix I Condominuim complex. Everyone talks about the fantastic view of the ocean and of Orange Beach from the balcony. At our unit 1117 we have a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen and twin bed in the second bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Unlike other units, each bedroom has it's own bathroom, so you don't have to share.
There are a lot of amenities at the Phoneix I complex. There is a Kiddy pool with a mushroom waterfall for the smaller ones. Raquetball and tennis are onsite. Phoenix 1 also has 2 hot tubs.
There is tile in 75% of the unit. Our unit has a full kitchen. Every mom is also happy when she learn it has its own washer and dryer, and the first set of linens are provided.
New Couch and Chair added for 2013.
