  Five bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool, close to the parks, food, shopping, etc – yes, it has all this and more, but so do many others –if however, you are looking for a home to completely relax in where you are surrounded by comfort, room to spread out, places to watch TV, read, sit, or, shift gears and head out side and swim or take in the incredible water view where eagles, cranes, ospreys, ducks, armadillos (!) and more put on an endless show, and do so in your most relaxed demeanor, then this Florida villa is top of the charts. From the modern amenities (including central AC of course, carpet throughout, comfortable sofa furniture, dining and breakfast nook eateries, washer/dryer, easy access tubs and showers, coffee pot, microwave, tea maker, a kitchen fully equipped w/ everything necessary to prepare the most detailed Thanksgiving Feast, let alone snacks and fun food for vacation) to the beautiful pool right outside the HUGE sliding, floor-to-ceiling glass doors, to off street parking and back to the surrounding panorama that takes you away each time you return home, then you should look here. If you get the idea behind being able to fully relax in a home away from home, then this as comfortable as it gets. And we haven’t even begun to discuss the incredibly appealing artwork and decorations that have been placed all through the home - a touch of class added to the relaxing comfort of the ideal Florida hideaway equals excellence. Your search is done!

  We have rented this home twice in the last three years and would recomend to anyone. This home is very nice for the price and Mrs Colleen is A wonderful person very easy to work with.We will definately be renting again Thank You 4/1/2012

  This house was beautiful! My Family and I and had a wonderful time here and felt right at home. This house was very spacious and well equipped. Were pleasantly surprised to see board games in the house to occupy our time at night. It was very close to disney and the main roads, easily accesable and manageable to navigate in and out. The pool was nice and secluded, we barely saw the neighbors and had a nice view of the backyard lake. In the morning we were amazed to see some of the native wildlife, absolutely gorgeous!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We spent 10 days at the beginning of March 2012 in this house. The location is perfect for visits to Disney World. We were four, my sister, my teenage daughter, my spouse and me, but this house could easily accommodate up to 10 persons. We had a great time at this house. The house had everything that was needed to make our stay comfortable. The way that the pool is setup is perfect: you can see the lake at the back but you are completely isolated from the neighbours. I would recommend this house to my friends and family without hesitation. Jean-Pierre

  First time renting a vacation home! Loved It! So much privacy, kids loved the pool. House was spacious and we felt like we were at home. It was me, my husband, 12 year old son, 25 year old daughter and 5 yr old and 2 year old granddaughters. We had a blast. 15 min to WDW. Walmart was very close by and a strip of gift shops at restaurants on the strip. Great location.

  This place had it all. It was the perfect place to end my destination wedding trip at. Disney World minutes away to play in and if feeling lazy the pool (toys included). Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We will definitely be back for more!!

  Our overall stay was awesome. There are some things that could have been updated however you have to remember the more updated the more you pay. I would rent this house in a heart beat again. I was not looking for all the upgrades just something clean and that is what I got. The house had pleanty of room so it was great for my family, I have four kids. I would so recomend this house to my friends. Thank you for renting your house to us. We truely had a great time. And hope to be back soon.

  I really had piece of mind knowing that we had a nice place to look forward to staying after our long trek from San Antonio, Tx. My sister and her 2 kids also made the journey with us. My family and I were very pleased with our stay here in your home, Colleen. Thank you for being so accomodating. The pool was a great hit! There were 10 of us and we still felt like we had a lot of room. The Disney parks were literally within minutes driving distance. Shops, supermarket and good 'ol WalMart were also very close by. Although we didn't use it, the home also comes with a huge propane grill. How awesome is that. I have spread the word around about VRBO and your listing for future Disney travelers. We also stopped in Cocoa beach (about 1 hr away) and the beach at Pensacola was beautiful. White sand and clear water. Overall stay experience, two thumbs up! Will definitely be willing to come and stay again in the near future. Thanks again for your hospitality, Colleen. GOD Bless!!

  I have just returned from vacationing in this home. I have been coming to Orlando, staying in the Kissimee area for the last 10 years. This was by far the worst experience for a home that I have encountered. The home was large, clean and well maintained. Two days prior to our arrival, the owner sent me a email which was intimidating. It stated that "she was putting her trust in me as she does not allow that many people in her home". The description and contract states 10 or 11, and I had 11 people, 2 of which were infants. The family that I was traveling with decided the day prior to get another home which was about 1 block and half away and it was beautiful, less expensive and worked out great. This home could have used some updating. Upon my arrival there were a bunch of towels on the dryer as well as on top which did not smell clean if they were, therefore it took me most of my "vacation" to rewash these towels using a dryer that took at long time to dry. The appliances, and dishes could use some updating as well. The home was really close to disney which was really nice. Overall it was a nice home.

  Owner response: WOW!!! Felicia you should be ashamed of yourself. I am the owner she is talking about and I should have gone with my gut on this one and refused to rent to her. I have rented this property fior six years and take great great pride in how I keep my house and the awesome rent ors I have had until now . This has been a complete nightmare with her she emailed me over 3 months ago for this rental and told me every other day she was mailing check and never did she had excuse after excuse. I did not receive payment until the day she was to arrive. She told me 7 people it was 12 in reality as she added another family. I charged her $700 for a week stay including all for a 5 bed 3 full bath home 5 minutes to Disney. Good god what does she want. I have had people come back year after year for 6 years telling me how easy and beautiful it was. I receiv an email the day she left from management saying she trashed the house and neighbors called code enforcemenet because of the trash they left outside lowing around the neighborhood. They broke blinds and left several large stains all over the carpets and broke the brand new one month old dryer and left gas grill disgusting and cover blowing down road She is angry because for the first time in 6 years I had to cash security deposit and it still cost me $250 to get house back to normal. Oh and by the way her security deposit bounced NSF So happy to know she and people like her are few and far between NEVER rent to her or her disgusting people again.
