We stayed at the casita and were so pleased with it's charm. It was perfect for the two of us. The location was terrific as we were able to walk everywhere without using a car. The secluded casita is set back from the street which really added to the tranquil atmosphere. We have been in Ajijic on several occasions and will return to this rental.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.

It was ok but a bit tight for 2 people. The bathroom was downstairs and was very near the kitchen. The dishes and silverware could have been better. The cups were chipped.Recommended for: Tourists without a car.

Yes the bathroom is downstairs which is actually preferred by some when guest arrive etc. The casita's price reflects the size for a single adult or two guest . The location is ideal for those guest visiting without the need for a car. We are sorry you found some chipped cups from a past renter as we replace them more than once a year and will do so again based on your comment. Thanks again for enjoying your stay.
