We are on a small bay, about a mile from Westport village. The view two miles across Lake Champlain of the Vermont Green Mountains is - priceless! The million-dollar view is right outside, and the lake is good for boating, swimming and fishing. The beach is mostly sandy; comfortable for swimming by July. You'll find a flat bottom aluminum rowboat and canoe on the beach, a swim float off-shore, chairs and a large hammock on the front lawn.
Inside, contemporary bedroom furniture, antique dining table, cedar flooring, ample linens, dishes, flatware, glasses, and cooking utensils. You'll enjoy skylights, a picture window facing the lake, stereo KLH style radio, desk with computer hookup, cordless telephone. The kitchen is small and efficient - butcher block counter and the usual appliances.
There's a large picture window facing the lake, skylights, attractive contemporary furniture, newly restored windows, a laundry, a new grill, and steps right to the beach. There's a rowboat, a canoe, and an inflatable for your use. |
