Our Fort Myers Beach condo, at Hibiscus Pointe, is located off Estero Blvd. at the south end of the Island on Bay Beach Lane. It is within walking distance to the beach, tennis, public golf course, CVS Pharmacy and Santini Plaza. You can board the Trolley for 25 cents and catch a ride to "Times Square" where you can enjoy a wide variety of activities, shopping, restaurants and entertainment, including the large public pier. "Lovers Key State Park", a magnificent natural resource, is conveniently located only minutes away.
We redecorated in the fourth quarter of 2006. The condo is well appointed with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and white ceramic tile floors throughout. It has a secured entrance and elevator access. There is ample parking. This end unit is bathed in warm sunlight and caressed by soft breezes. We are located on the fourth floor, with a ribbon view of the Gulf from the lanai. It also overlooks a serene canal with boat docks. You will enjoy the great views from all directions! The pool, spa and clubhouse are located next door. The condo association membership is extremely vibrant during the season, with many scheduled activities and events.
This fully furnished condo offers everything you will need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, full size washer and dryer, telephone, DSL Internet connection and cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, large walk-in closet and master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet. The third bedroom has a sleep sofa, which converts to a comfortable full size bed. There is also an entertainment center with cable TV, stereo, VCR and DVD player.
Sanibel and Captiva Islands are a short drive away. Don't forget to tour the historical Winter Estates of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford. If you are a baseball fan, the “Spring Training” camps for the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins are located in Fort Myers. There are several factory outlet malls nearby. Bonita Springs and Naples are just a short drive south. If fishing is your hobby, there are head boats and private charters available. Sunset cruises, wilderness, Eco and dolphin tours are also great activities to consider. The "Express Boat" to Key West and the "Big M" Casino boat leave Fort Myers Beach daily. Fresh shrimp can be purchased near the Mantanzas Sky Bridge - just look for the shrimp boats. There are several miniature golf courses just over the bridge. Of course, it goes without saying that the Gulf sunsets are stunning!
The condo can be easily accessed from either the north or south end of the Island. It is located 40 minutes from the new Fort Myers Regional Southwest International Airport (RSW). This airport has direct flights and connections from all major cities and countries. We are certain you will really enjoy staying here.

$50 Guest Registration Fee, 11% Tax and $100 Cleaning Fee are also required
