Located directly on the sugar white sands and emerald green Gulf of Mexico. Newly renovated, 4 bedroom/2.5 bath Sea Forever @ Inlet Beach is absolutely the closest house there is to the water! Elegant furnishings accented by original works of art and a fine gourmet kitchen give this home all the details you could ask for. Complete privacy, yet just five houses east of Rosemary Beach. This home comfortably sleeps 8 people in beds. Every room in the house has a gulf view! Two large cars/SUV's, or 4 small, compact cars can park in the driveway.

Generous entry porch is outfitted with several Adirondack chairs. The entire house has hardwood floors with tile in bathrooms. Ground floor has the kitchen, living room and dining room, plus the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a King 4-poster bed, an incredible gulf view window, door to the screened porch on the gulf, TV in an armoire, ceiling fan, two chest of drawers, large closet and a private bath. This bath has a granite vanity top with double sinks and large tub/shower. Large living room features wall to wall gulf view windows, sliding doors leading to the gulf front screened porch, 40” flat panel TV, DVD, VCR, stereo system, overstuffed sofa, plush side chair with ottoman, 2 additional side chairs, 2 ceiling fans, and ample lamps for reading. A wet bar with icemaker completes this room. Gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinets, stainless steel Kitchenaid appliances including a side-by-side frig, electric range, dishwasher and microwave. Dining room features a wood-burning fireplace, dining table that seats six, and side board. Powder room off living room. Hard-wire high speed internet connectivity. Laundry room with super capacity front loading washer and dryer.

The second floor has a Queen bedroom with chest of drawers, ceiling fan, closet and gulf front views from the windows. Twin bedroom with two twin beds, TV with VCR, ceiling fan, 2 closets, and a kids “hide-out” under the eaves, where kids can play or just hang out in their own space! Second queen bedroom has armoire with TV, ceiling fan, closet and gulf front views from the windows. Hallway bath has granite-topped vanity sink, and large tub/shower, and is shared by all three bedrooms.

Outside you’ll find the large gulf front screened porch with plush seating and table with 4 chairs for outdoor dining. There is also an open gulf front deck with 2 Adirondack chairs, 2 high cocktail chairs, and a stainless steel gas grill – a great place for watching the sunset or the kids playing on the beach. There is also a hot/cold outdoor shower. Private steps to the beach lead off the deck.

As well, approximately 60% of our area is dedicated to preservation. Hikers, bicyclists and nature lovers can enjoy over 200 miles of networking trails that interlace thru state parks and forests that stretch from the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay.
