Private deck boasts southern exposure. Our home shares the best private association beach at Camelot Acres (700 feet) with volleyball and cabanas,within walking distance (5 minutes).
Waterfront Association on Newfound Lake This 4 bedroom home is the perfect place to vacation with friends or family. The home has a large great room with a cathedral ceiling and two sliders that open to the raised deck. This large front deck offers privacy and the surrounding mountains. There is parking for multiple car or snowmobile/boat/jet ski parking. The shared private beach is 100 yards from the front yard and is sandy bottomed, has a gradual slope, a day dock(no overnight docking allowed),a roped off swim area, picnic area, kayak/canoe rack, and a floating raft for kids to swim out to and jump off of. Summer/Fall-swimming, boating, hiking and beautiful foliage.

The beach also has a day dock and is located next to Wellington State beach where you can launch for free. There is roped wswimming area with a raft. There is also volleyball and basketball courts for the residents. You can launch kayaks and canoes at the beach
