Southern View - Myrtle Beach Vacation Condo Rental Be one of the first to stay at the Paradise Resort. Property just opened in the spring of 2007. And do not miss the "GRAND OPENING" of the Hard Rock Theme Park. This 140-acre amusement park is due to hold its "Soft Opening" with limited access from April 15th, 2008 to May 8th, 2008. It is scheduled to be open full scale by Friday, May 9th, 2008. This rock'n'roll park for all ages is only 5 minutes (less than 3 miles) from the Pardise Resort. Google "Hard Rock Park" for more information. Other attractions within 5 miles include "Broadway at the Beach" and the NASCAR Park/Restaurant. Our first floor end unit is a combo 4 bedroom and 3 bath unit and easily accessible without the use of stairs or elevator. The unit is a combination of a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with an efficiency unit for a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The unit can be rented together (4 Bed/3 Bath) or separately (3 Bed/2 Bath or efficiency unit). Our main unit has a direct ocean front balcony and the efficiency unit has an ocean view balcony. The unit features a ceramic tile entry, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms in the main unit and another bathroom in the efficiency. There is a washer and dryer in the main unit, as well. Both units have hi-speed internet and cable television. All bedrooms have cable television and a DVD player. The resort features a beautiful tropical landscaping and the complete building is a smoke free environment. The main hallways of the building are enclosed and air-conditioned. Amenities feature an indoor/outdoor pool, an indoor hot tub, a lazy river, a kiddie pool and a large sun deck. The indoor/outdoor pool is truly unique, in that, a plexiglass raised wall separates the indoor/outdoor parts of the pool during the off season. The pool is heated and you can swim year round. Additionally, the lazy river is underneath the building and utilized all year round as well. Other amenities include a full equipped exercise room, the Paradise Kids Club (with hula contests and other givaways), a restaurant and a seasonal outdoor Tiki Bar (open until November). Other on-site activities include a DJ (in season), outdoor dance floor and Karaoke! Rentals are on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) only from May 31st to August 30th, 2008. Beginning August 31st, 2007, reservations will be accepted during the off season with a minimum of two nights required. Arrival is anytime after 3:00pm on the schedule arrival date. Departure time is at or before 10:00am on the scheduled departure date.
