Our penthouse, the Ireland Escape, is a spacious 2000 square foot, 2 bedroom Wailea Beach Villa with a den that functions as a third bedroom. Located directly above the upper pool with a spectacular garden and pool view, this unit offers a glimpse of Molokini and the ocean when the palm fronds blow.

The Ireland Escape has a master suite with sumptuous king bed and large flat-screen TV hidden away in an antique Chinese armoire, a soaking tub in the spacious bath, and a walk-in closet with safe. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, large TV and second bath. The bed and bath can be sectioned off into a private suite. The den has a queen-sized Murphy-Bed (yes, a comfortable bed!) and can be closed off for privacy. All beds have luxury linens. Other features include satellite cable and wireless broadband internet, iPod players, alarm clocks, DVD players, full complimentary phone service, and a stocked laundry room in the unit.
A personal concierge is available for assistance with golf tee-times, dining reservations, child care, private boat charters, jet charters, sailing, snorkeling or scuba dive excursions, swimming or surfing lessons, tours and sightseeing, exclusive helicopter tours, in-villa massage and spa pampering, family portrait photographs and a multitude of other specialties.

If you want to be pampered, stay at this beautifully furnished "penthouse villa" at Wailea Beach Villas, located right on Wailea Beach in heart of Wailea. This villa comes equipped with everything a bear needs for serious relaxing!
After a traditional lei greeting when we arrived, the staff took care of getting our bear luggage to our villa and parked the car for us. Speaking of parking, you will love the cool underground parking featuring an elevator that takes you within a few steps of the villa front door.
The fully equipped kitchen is fabulous and has everything a bear might need to whip up a gourmet meal. However, I confess that most evenings we just took a leisurely bear stroll to one of the many fine restaurants nearby. Dining was so convenient; I didn’t have to use the car.
My human friends enjoyed the nearby shopping too. As for me, I spent most of my time soaking in the sun by the pool or on the beach. While snorkeling, I saw four of the biggest sea turtles I've ever seen on the reef area just to the right of the resort. According to the resort staff, during migration season (winter months), whales are visible right from the shore every day!
There are numerous amenities that make this place so convenient. Features included big flat panel TVs, free Wi-Fi, a private lanai with stainless steel BBQ, washer and dryer in the villa as well as cooling A/C and ceiling fans. Plus, the villa was an easy walk to the workout room, pool and hot tub. There's even a pool table in the clubhouse room upstairs.
I could “bearly” get my human friends to start packing when our stay was over. They didn't want to leave, and neither did I!

Our vacation in Maui was absolutely wonderful because of your condo. Top of our list was the location, close to restaurants, shopping, and golf. It had all of the comforts of home and it provided lots of space for the four of us, we certainly weren’t ready to leave after 2 weeks. It was great to have the concierge service available and the chair and umbrella set up for us at the beach whenever we wanted. We will definitely be coming back. Wow! K107 is a slice of heaven! Usually our family reserves joining hotel rooms - never again. Your penthouse offers a family every possible amenity. The sleeping arrangements were extremely comfortable, including the extra foldout bed for my youngest daughter. We especially enjoyed the beautiful lanai, where we ate all of cour meals. Jeri, We enjoyed our stay at K107! you thought of everything. Small things like having a supply of spices, tea & coffee when we arrived was great. Our kids enjoyed all the TV channels in the evening and first thing in the morning. We enjoyed eating our meals outon the lanai and spending time at the pool. The short walk to Wailea Beach for snorkeling was handy.
