This home is located 3rd row from the beach, no traffic and only 100 steps to the pristine beach here on Hilton Head Island. From the moment you pull up to your vacation destination everyone will be excited! The home has cathedral ceilings in the Great Room that are 24 feet tall, a large sectional, plenty of seating and the pool area is visiable from the great room. The kitchen has granite countertops, a large island with seating for 6 and is extremely well equipped, there is also a seperate dining table with seating for 8. Also on the first floor there is a half bath for guest, a large laundry room and 2 bedrooms.
All the bedrooms in the home have private baths, a Tv and wonderful furnishings. The 3 master bedrooms have king beds, 2 have balconies, 2 have large tubs and seperate showers with multiple show heads and all have seating, Tvs and wonderful furnishings. There are 2 bedrooms that offers 2 double beds in each, private baths, Tvs and wonderful furnishings. The 6th bedroom located on the 3rd floor of the home has a large sectional, which is also a pull out sofa, built in speakers and a large flat screen Tv, perfect for the kids to hangout in. There is an elevator from the garage that accomodates all 3 floors of the home, an extra refrigerator and ping pong table are also located in the garage area. The pool are is elevated to the home, there are several balconies all with seating and some shaded outdoor areas. Pool side you will also find a cascading hot tub, a large stainless steel Jenn Aire grill, loung chairs and a dining table making this the perfect spot for an afternoon or evening snack.

About the owner: We purchased this great home and lived in the home during the off season and decided to rent the home during the summer months while we spend time up North.
