Please go to our website for photos and more information. NEARBY ATTRACTIONS: Enjoy swimming, hiking, surfing, golfing, and horseback riding. Restaurants, spa treatments, and shopping are close by. Rosarito is 20 minutes north. Stores, outdoor markets, as well as taco stands and restaurants are plenty. The Rosarito Beach Hotel is a landmark and a good stop for a margarita. Fox Studios Baja is 15 minutes north with a museum and tourist attraction. Made famous by the filming of Titanic and Pearl Harbor it’s a must for film enthusiasts. Baja Mar is a championship golf course 20 minutes south with three nine-hole courses including its signature course "Oceano" situated directly on the ocean bluffs rivaling anything in Hawaii. World class golf course Real del Mar is a beautifully manicured course 25 minutes north off the toll road. It’s higher up winding through arroyos and canyons giving spectacular views of the Coronado Islands off the baja coast. Restaurants abound with La Fonda only five minutes in La Mision. For atmosphere and old Mexico charm there is no better ambience between Tijuana and Ensenada than La Fonda. Indoor and outdoor patio dining with great views of the ocean especially at sunset. Live music in the evenings on a small dance floor adds to the enjoyment. Jose’s La Palapa also has live music and the occacional kareoke evening all under a charming thatched roof atmosphere. Palmira is five minutes north in Cantamar. They have all you can eat specials on certain days of the week and also the occasional Jazz ensemble. Puerto Nuevo, the lobster village, is a very popular mecca with scores of lobster restaurants. Punto Morro is 40 minutes south towards Ensenada. Perched out over the water the surf can be seen cascading over the rocks almost beneath your table. Excellent service and food in a most dramatic setting. And of course Ensenada’s famous El Rey del Sol has old world charm with world-class dining. Deep Sea Fishing is available out of Ensenada. This is a Surfing mecca for waves and privacy away from the crowded waters of California. K38 is a well known reef break and Campo Lopez, just around the corner from the arch rock, is both a beach and reef break. Our Baja apartment is a very special place to us and we are selective in renting in order to keep it in optimal condition for your enjoyment. It's meant as a retreat and place of rejuvenation, to getaway and come HOME at the same time. It will exceed your expectations.
